Relax in the cool air conditioning on the large L shaped, brown leather sofa and rest your drink on the marble coffee table , access the WiFi or watch UK TV satellite channels . The added touches of decorative light fittings and canvas give an added touch of class throughout.  There is also a convenient ground floor w/c.   Enjoy preparing your breakfast, lunch or dinner in the fully equipped kitchen complete with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.  A large window over the sink lets in the glorious sunshine and gives you views of the pool area.   Enjoy your meals indoors at the wooden table with 6 leather/suede chairs or you can dine al fresco at the large rattan/glass table with 6 chairs.  Should you require shade, a parasol and base are available.  Relax on the wicker lounge style furniture whilst the children entertain themselves splashing around in the sparking pool or enjoying a game of table tennis. A BBQ, 6 sun loungers and an outdoor shower complete your outdoor facilities.   Stairs complete with handrails and 2 windows lead to the first floor of the property where there are 3 good size bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin, all of which have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets with lamps, chrome bedsteads, air conditioning and matching furniture throughout. There is also a large family bathroom with shower over bath, mirror over the sink and a handy shaving socket.   The master double bedroom has a patio door leading onto the balcony and a window to the front of the property with blinds and curtains.  There is also an ensuite shower room with hand basin and w/c.   The 2nd double bedroom is furnished in the same manner as the master bedroom, but it also has a wooden dresser with a long mirror and plug sockets.  Patio doors with curtains open onto the balcony which overlooks the pool area.   Finally the 3rd twin bedroom, again with matching furniture and a chest of drawers, also has a balcony which overlooks the sparkling pool and garden area.     Please note: - A damage waiver of Euro 10.00 per day is required to be paid prior to arrival -Owner does not accept bookings from people under the age of 25 years and same gender groups -This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.More

How to get there
Key collection is from our office in Protaras where directions to your villa and keys will be given. DIRECTIONS FROM LARNACA AIRPORT From the Airport, follow the signs for Lefkosia, and head for AYIA NAPA/PARALIMNI. Stay on this road for 45km until you come to the roundabout at end. Filter Left for PARALIMNI/PROTARAS. 2km on at the next roundabout go STRAIGHT OVER 1km on at the next roundabout turn RIGHT to PROTARAS. 2km on at the next roundabout go STRAIGHT OVER. 2km on at traffic lights turn RIGHT. You are now in PROTARAS. Follow road (Cavo Greko Ave) through PROTARAS. Straight through 3 sets of traffic lights. Continue along Cavo Greko Ave for another 1km. On the left hand side is the OCEANVIEW OFFICE
