Fully equipped 130 sqm house. w/furniture, fine decoration. Magnificent view to Portezuelo Bay. Owners spend long stays there. Well maintained gardens and terrace overlooking the sea. A/C in main bedroom, heating (firewood, electrical) in winter. Help maid can be hired.
Punta Ballena, 15 km from Punta del Este, overlooking the Portezuelo Bay is a splendid point of the Uruguay coastline
Next (300 m) to the main Interbalnearia Road, joining Montevideo. Public bus available, but own car or mountain byke advisable.

A pleasent vacation in Punta Ballena
I had again a wonderful time in the house with an ample view. I am a returning custumer and love sitting in the morning on the terrace and enjoy the view.
The contact with Martha is always pleasent.

A wonderful vacation in a very nice house and very friendly owners
I had a very relaxing vacation in this very nicely located house in Punta Ballena. I truly enjoyed my daily breakfast on the veranda with a beatiful view towards the Portozuelo beach.
I was very gratefull regarding Martha and Pepe during the Corona Virus outbreak in Europe. My return flight got revoked and I did not know when I would return to Germany. Later my return flight changed twice and Martha and Pepe were very understanding toward my problem.

A beautifull place with a wonderfull view
It is a very nice house with a wonderfull view on Portezuelo beach. It was my second stay and enjoyed the view every morning on the terrace. The owner and her husband are helpfull and react fast.

Wonderful view Playa Portezuelo
The house has a wonderful view towards Playa Portezuelo. I enjoyed every morning waking up with that view. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The contact with the owner was very good and helpful.
