There are two further bedrooms one has a double bed and the other a twin bed to sleep one or two. Also upstairs is the main bathroom and ensuite shower room.
The Cotswold Water Park offers a myriad of activities that really does offer something for everyone. Water skiing, paddle boarding, canoeing and sailing for those that love the water. Bike hire and horse riding for those that like to stay on dry land. Or simple wonderful country walks and a host of fantastic local pubs and restaurants.
There a lots of attractions in the surrounding areas including Wildlife parks, Stately homes and gardens, museums and of course lots of local events including Cheltenham races and Fairford Air Show.
If you love shopping there is also something for you - Cirencester is a delightful Cotswold town packed with boutique and independent retailers. Cheltenham is only 30 minutes away and offers all the High Street retailers. If you are looking for a bargain then Swindon Outlet Village which is also 30 minutes away is a must.

Beautiful location and accommodation. Very peaceful and spotlessly clean. Great communication with hosts,will definitely return some time.

A wonderful relaxation
It was a very hot week-end, so we couldn't visit all the places we would have liked, but it was a great family weekend, amongst beautiful surroundings.
We had a great barbecue on the Saturday night, and everone could really relax

Surprise birthday weekend
Had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place, the house was so clean and it is beautifully decorated and a lovely comfortable place to stay in! The views from the master bedroom are amazing. It enabled our group to make incredible memories and have the best weekend we will a hundred percent be returning to have the same fun all over again!
If you are going in the summer just be aware the rooms up stairs do get very very hot 🥵 but apart from that we have an amazing stay

Fantastic property and setting
The house was immaculate and recently refurbished to a high standard, including a fully equipped kitchen which was perfect for self-catering. I stayed with my parents and 3 children during half term. There is plenty of space and the setting was very relaxing. Communication with the owner was excellent and we are highly likely to return. This was a really impressive property and location for a short break.

Beautiful home in the Cotswolds Water Park
We had such a lovely couple of days. The house is beautiful, really comfortable and very well appointed with quality equipment and all essentials. The open plan living area made for very relaxing family time, and the bedrooms were gorgeous, especially the master overlooking the lake with a great en-suite and a super shower. It was a nice touch that Rod and Jill let guests stay until 4pm on a Sunday.

Fabulous holiday home in Cotswold Water Park
What a wonderful holiday home!! Fantastic decor, brilliant location and extremely comfortable.
Lots for the family to do locally and just a walk around the lake is great to keep little legs busy.
Great playpark opposite the house with tennis courts and boule.
Looking forward to our next stay already.

Beautiful home and lovely weekend
Visited for the weekend and loved every minute. Beautiful home with everything you could possibly need for a great weekend in the summer or winter. The house has been recently decorated/refurbished to a very high standard and it was so comfortable and a pleasure to stay. The hosts have thought of everything that a family/couple/group of friends could need from kitchen utensils to the TV/DVD collection to the bbq outside (fully equipped). Loved sitting outside on a warm summers evening for a bbq and loved sitting in on a colder evening! The surrounding area has lots to do and we will come back as we barely touched the surface with our first visit. Hosts were fab and repsknded very quickly to all questions. A bottle of prosecco and pint of milk in the fridge when we arrived was a lovely touch. Thanks for a great weekend.

Perfect Family Gateaway
As arrived the property, all we could say is WOW!
All amenities were perfect condition, house was clean - it felt like we are the first to visit the house. Owner supplied milk and even wine - Thanks!
The area is great for activity. We have experience the bike ride, day on the lake park and some water attraction with the kids - we all loved the stay!

Set on Isis Lake in South Cerney there is so much to see and do within a 10 mile radius. The water park has just about every sport available from water skiing to simply sitting on the purpose made beach. Shopping is plentiful in the nearby town of Cirencester, so are many fantastic pubs and restaurants. If you like sightseeing then the cotswold villages that surround the area are picture perfect. There really is something for everybody.
Getting around
It is better to have a car if you want to visit the Cotswold area. However, the local bus stops outside the development. The train station is about 5 miles away with easy links to London and you can also hire bikes nearby. The nearest, pretty South Cerney village can be reached on foot where you can access pubs and a CoOp.
