Our stay was enjoyable, but the owner that made it less so.
We are hosts as well and we have stayed in other VRBOs around the world. We've never had a host as difficult until now.
We had some issues with a water pump that needed to be reset and his response was that we had done something to cause it. We reported that it was going on excessively. No faucet was left open.Hair clogged one of the drains, and I told him to address it after we left. Now he says he sent the plumber twice because of us. The plumber never came the second time when we were there.
After our stay, he claimed that towels were missing and we should check our luggage. Why would we take used towels and add more weight to our luggage? He was less than graceful when we followed checkout instructions and left before his arrival. Did he have to be there? We didn't know.
There is AC in the main section of the house but NOT in the master bedroom or other BR on the first floor. If the oven is on, the AC had to be turned off to avoid losing power.
The property is 1 of 4 units around a courtyard; that is not clear from the listing. There is no whirlpool spa, the ping pong table isn't available, the access to the private beach club was not given to us and the listed checkout at 11 is really 10. The owner claims the Italian and American listings differ. But we are Americans, not Italians, saw only the American listing. The beach is further away than stated despite his protest.
I would not go back to the property.

Ottimo soggiorno
Ottima esperienza, la casa e il giardino sono molto belle, corredati da arredi e guato e qualità . L’assistenza del proprietario è eccellente e continua e si è dimostrata un valore aggiunto. La posizione permette di taggoungere con facilità le principali attraziono della zona, dal mare ai borghi limitrofi.

Silenziosa campagna
Bella proprietà . Curata e ottimamente attrezzata. Posizione molto tranquilla ma un po' lontana dal mare e dai servizi.

OASI DI RELAX VICINO AL MARE
Una vacanza di relax vicino al mare. Siamo una famiglia di 8 persone con bambini e abbiamo scelto questa bellissima villa per trascorrere le nostre ultime vacanze estive. Al nostro arrivo tutto era organizzato in modo perfetto e trovare frutta fresca , bibite rinfrescanti e biscotti per i nostri bambini... è stata una vera sorpresa. La Villa si trova in una posizione ottima circondata dalla vegetazione tipica di questo luogo.
Pulizia e confort eccellenti , il proprietario Marco molto gentile e disponibile. Il mare dista circa 7/8 minuti con la macchina , oppure ci sono spiagge attrezzate anche a 5 minuti . Basterà solo scegliere !! Ottimo anche il centro commerciale con possibilità di numerosi negozi e bar per fare colazione. Arredamento molto curato , camere da letto spaziose , pulite , luminose. Un gradevole sollievo utilizzare l'aria condizionata per rinfrescare le giornate molto calde. Ampio giardino a nostra disposizione con un tavolo per cenare la sera . Molto contenti di aver scelto questa bellissima Villa , consigliamo la proprietà con 5 STELLE .

VERY SPECIAL LOCATION
we had a great holiday in this very special house! the location is great, you can go to the beach in 10 min., go to visit Tarquinia, Vulci, Tuscania in half a hour, or go to Rome for the day in just a little more than an hour.
The Villa is very well decorated, with great taste and very nice contemporary art works, mixed with antique furniture. the owners have been very nice, they invited us for a drink and for a tour of the garden, that is really a wonderful and special garden, and quite unique! we suggest this place, and hope to come back soon!

Splendida Villa vicino al mare
La Villa è meravigliosa decisamente molto piu'' bella di quello che ci aspettavamo sulla base delle fotografie presenti sul sito.
Davvero un piccolo angolo di paradiso dove rilassarsi alla fine di una bella giornata trascorsa nella circostante campagna toscana.Abbiamo scelto questa proprietà per le nostre vacanze Natalizie.
La vegetazione circostante è spettacolare...immersi nel verde e lontano dal caos . Immersi nella pace e tranquillità .
Mentre con meno di 30'' di macchina si raggiungono le splendide cale dell''argentario e con poco di piu'' il bellissimo parco dell''uccellina o le Terme di Saturnia..
Le Cascate di Gorello in particolare sono rimaste nel cuore di tutti!!!
Siamo stati benissimo ... una Villa arredata con ottimo buon gusto, 5 camere da letto comode e spaziose. Il salone con il camino acceso una vera delizia durante le serate con tutti i nostri amici.
Nel complesso davvero un bel posticino assolutamente da consigliare!
Ci torneremo per approfittare del bellissimo mare a poca distanza.
Molto consigliato!!
