Let only in the main holiday season Tyn Y Parc 'The Barn' is popular every year so early booking is highly advisable.
It is a traditional Welsh building simply furnished but with all the essentials and is especially suited for families, walkers and lovers of the countryside.
WiFi is very slow in this rural area with a lot of down time in bad weather. This can take many days for engineers to fix.

Situated just outside the village of Rhiw approximately 10 minutes drive from Aberdaron and Aberso...

This is an old welsh Barn conversion in a very rural area offered at very reasonable price compared to the high end market. Wifi can be very limited at the best of times and worse in bad weather. There is no central heating, there is wood and coal supplied free. There are several stand alone electric heaters. Being a rural we have our own private water supply from the holy well which is UV filtered and a carbon filter for drinking water which we have been drinking with no ill effects for 30 years.. However in bad weather the water can become off colour, fine for cooking and washing but I would advise bringing some bottled water for drinking.

About the neighbourhood
Things to do.
The Llyn Peninsula is one of Wales finest Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and offers the chance to escape the ever increasing hustle and bustle of modern day life. The rolling and often dramatic landscape of Llyn runs down into sweeping sandy beaches, hidden coves and rocky cliffs along a coastline of nearly 100 miles which has a charm unique to this corner of Wales. A walk up one of the hills of Llyn offers spectacular views across Cardigan Bay to the south, Anglesey to the north and even the Wicklow Mountains in Ireland to the west. Plus there's always a cosy pub or tea shop to relax in afterwards!
Below is a list of just a selection of the places to visit in the area during your stay.
