Our luxury villa is unique in every way sleeping up to 20 people including children with facilities to suit all ages including a Chlorine Free pool that has a brand new optional safety fence for the children, hot tub and large games area so perfect for a Summer or Winter holiday.
Our hot tub is top of the range with led lighting and great to chill out in luxury.
We are one of very few villas in Andalucia that has one ground floor accessible double bedroom with a wet room ensuite attached that is suitable for a wheelchair user or a person with limited mobility.
So many people charge extra if you need an access room and with us it is included in the price, its just part of our large villa.
We have wide doors, full access in to the communal areas and full access around the whole of the vil...

About the neighbourhood
Iznajar town is Moorish and has the remains of a castle and wonderful buildings to see.There are many tapas bars scattered around to visit and just sit and watch the world go by.<BR><BR>The stunning lake of Iznajar is 18 miles long and even has its own beach that is not crowded so you can enjoy a day relaxing by the water,take our kayaks for a little more activity or head to the local beach bar for tapas and drinks.<BR><BR>There are many ferrias around the main ones being the beginning of Sept ,Easter is a very big deal in Spain and also New Year is a tradition and Jan 6th Spanish Xmas Day.<BR>Horse riding is very close and also many walks can be taken around the olive region and also bird watching for the enthusiasts.<BR>If you want to walk, bird watch, fish or anything else this is the area to do it all. If you give us prior notice of what you want to do we can arrange anything for you before you arrive.

We are located central Andalucia and the A92 motorway is literally 10 minutes drive from the villa where can visit all the cities
We can arrange taxis locally if you want them and coaches too for city trips

Our villa is just under one hour on an easy motorway from Malaga airport.
You can hire cars and get a transfer to our property
I do recommend hiring cars as you have great flexibility and on your enquiry i will give you full information depending on the option you choose
