Fully equipped kitchen including dish washer, oven, cooker, microwave and washing machine). Separate lounge. Wireless internet access. Sorry, no pets. 30 minutes by car to Luton Airport. 30 Minutes on the train from Leighton Buzzard to London Euston. Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: NOTAPPLICABLE

Really lovely place to unwind and relax and see some of the local sites which are plentiful
Spotlessly clean with a lot of care and attention taken to make sure you feel at home. Clear instructions on how everything works around the Annexe. You are welcomed with lots of information on the surrounding area which include some picturesque walks, some of which can be culminated at the friendly local pub about 10 minutes walk away (optional of course!). We really enjoyed our stay, felt very much at home. Thank you so much C & J!

Hosts have thought of everything. Would highly recommend 👌
We had the most fantastic homely 4 ngt family reunion stay in Leighton Buzzard. Every facility we could ask for and more. Hosts have thought of everything. Home away from home comfort. Such lovely personal touches as we are ceolaic as are our hosts. Restaurant recommendations, along with home GF baked treats. Really comfortable Double, twin rooms, full sitting room, full kitchen facilities, lovely pressure shower. My teenage boys didn't want to leave. Thank you again.

Very enjoyable
Enjoyed our short stay in Caradoc annexe. Accommodation very comfortable with all amenities needed. Lovely area walking distance to town & Grand Union canal. Lots of walking. Good transport available. Owners very helpful. Would certainly recommend will visit again. Thank you for the goodies including Bread pudding which I shall be making soon. No complaints at all Thank you

Almost perfect
The annexe is on a lovely long quiet road. Its near a country park and when you first turn down the road, you could be forgiven for thinking that you would never find a house on it. So close to the woods were we that a small Deer paid the driveway a visit one morning. We visited Legoland, Stowe NT, Hughendon NT, Waddeston Manor NT and Bletchley Park. I thoroughly recommend arriving early at Waddeston Manor and Bletchley Park as there is enough to keep you going all day and we left having seen less than half of what there was to see. All in all, the location is perfect as you are surrounded on all sides by places to visit and things to do. The annexe itself is quite spacious, well equipped and clean. The kitchen is an excellent size with plenty of storage and a full size fridge freezer (a rare thing in holiday rental properties). Having all the beds made up and towels/linen provided made life a bit easier. On the down side, the wifi was very poor. The only streaming service that we could get to work was Netflix, but BBC iPlayer, All4, ITV player and the others would not work at all. The signal was so weak that our phones could not even pick it up! Having specifically searched for a property with wifi, this was quite disappointing. Plus, when we arrived and we had a pizza we want to cook for a quick dinner, there were no flat cooking trays big enough to cook one on. The addition of a few more cooking trays and a pizza wheel would have been useful. It was also very disappointing to discover that the toilet door didn't lock at all. These few little, easily solvable issues are what made this a 4 star and not a 5 star rental for me.

Hi Libby, thank you for your review; we are very glad you had a such a full and interesting holiday. We apologise for the poor Wifi and understand how this can affect the enjoyment of your stay and have contacted BT to send out an Engineer to fix it. I will be shopping for a new lock, pizza wheel and family-sized tray tomorrow!

Positively perfect
What an absolutely fantastic place to stay. Lovely and quiet. Woodland just up the road where the kids loved to play. The walk to town is not very far at all where there are some wonderful restaurants and parks for the children. The annex itself is just brilliant. Very clean upon arrival and everything is supplied as you would expect along with some fantastic cupcakes to welcome us in. We stayed here for 4 weeks between before moving abroad and it is large enough to not felt cramped even with 2 adults and two children. The hosts being just next door were on hand if anything was ever needed, not that it was. But otherwise they left us to get on with our stay. Would highly recommend staying here.
