Only 600 m from the beach, is this stunning, ground floor apartment, situated in a little exclusive prestigious gated community, with 24-hour security with guards. There is a beautiful landscaped garden, with swimmingpool and a little pool for children. The luxury appartment offers elegance and impeccable style and is decorated to the highest standard. It is arranged over one floor with a stylish entrance hall and a spacius lounge/diner leading on to the ample, south-facing, covered terrace furnished with a comfortoble seating area, dining area and sun loungers. Inside, the lounge/diner is colour co-ordinated and fitted with dining table, sofa and armchairs. Excellent!!
Two adults and two teens. The photos don’t seem to do this place justice. This apartment is excellent. The size and layout work really well. Tv has uk sports and film channels. The beds are comfortable air con is great. Pool is a few steps away but the apartment doesn’t look over it and is private. The complex environment is respectfully casual, children do play by the pool and have fun but it’s not the place to be partying on the patio all night, so this place suited us fine. Walk up to the dual carriage way ( which you cannot hear at the complex) and turn left you’ll find and couple of bars and then a large supermarket, these are ten minutes walk from the complex.
Turn right out of the complex and 10/15 minute walk down the beach which has a wonderful wooden promenade. It’s great for morning runs at bike rides etc. Turn left at the beach and you’ll find the livelier side with bars and the amazing marina and shopping complex to wander round for hours. Turn right at the beach and you’ll find beach bars and restaurants with a slightly slower pace but places where you can dress up

Excellent apartment & location
The apartment had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Kids enjoyed the pool too much, and my favorite jogging track across the beach was just 5 min walking distance. There was a convenient supermarket nearby & plenty of restaurants with delicious food.Wish to visit again!

Härligt semesterboende i ett lugnt område
Vi stannade en vecka i slutet av maj med vår lille son på 4 månader. Boendet var perfekt för oss med små barn. Läget på första plan med anslutning till trädgården och pool direkt från uteplatsen är guld värt. Ändå ligger lägenheten privat då den inte är direkt vid poolen. Stor fin uteplats med både skugga och sol under hela dagen passade oss perfekt.
Bra standard inne i lägenheten med trevlig inredning, bra med svängrum. Stort plus för tvättmaskin och torktumlare i lägenheten, samt att wi-fi och stort TV-kanalutbud ingick.
Föreningen är välskött och trädgården var jättefin.
Vi promenerade till stranden och strandpromenaderna varje dag, lagom promenadavstånd på 5-15 min lite beroende på vart vi gick. Vi promenerade även till hamnen i Puerto Banus (ca 20 min via strandpromenad) några gånger där det är en kul och trevlig atmosfär bland alla fina båtar.
Ett ställe vi kan tänka oss att åka tillbaka till!

PERFECT APARTMENT IN A QUITE COMMUNITY
We had a very Nice stay inn the very spacious Apartment in El Embrujo de Marbella.
This is a Perfect area Close to everything, and the Beach is on Your doorstep;
a perfect family-friendly home away from home, and a place you would like to go back to.
The big apartment is very luxury, and has everthing needed for your stay.
We will for sure go back there.

Very disappointing apartment
It’s a beautiful and well furnished apartment but the bedding and mattresses weren’t great which caused me to suffer from back pain. The electrical installation is very faulty with the fuses that keep blowing every time we turned on the oven. Very stressful and frustrating situation. In essence we couldn’t have two appliances on at the same time which you could imagine to be a pain when you have to cook for your family. There was also no cable TV, only local channels even though the description of the apartment clearly stipulates the contrary.
We reached out to the owner on several occasions during our stay and even after our stay, but it turns out he doesn’t really care, brushing off our complaints condescendingly. He really isn’t interested in satisfying the tenants that rent his apartment.
The apartment is a good 15 minute walk from the beach and is located far away from the center of Marbella/Porto Banus.

Great appartment in a quiet area
Myself and my wife stayed here in July and had a great time. Enough distance away to relax and enjoy the private pool and grounds.
Our kids joined us half way through our holiday and they loved the appartment as well.......Hakan is so friendly and easy to deal with.

Nice stay
We stayed there for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is a very good size and nicely decorated with VERY comfy beds and big patio where we spent mornings having breakfast and evenings relaxing enjoying a few drinks. You are close to the pool but not to close. All in all we where very impressed and would highly recomend this apartment.

Utmärkt!!!
Mycket välskött lägenhet och anläggning. Här trivs man verkligen och känner sig välkommen. Underbar terrass där vi tillbringade tid, trots att det var i början på januari. Toppen med gångavstånd till stranden, affärer och restauranger, samt till hamnen i Puerto Banus. Vi använde bara bilen till längre utflykter. Lägenheten var fint inredd och det fanns allt man behövde. Hit kommer vi att återvända fler gånger. Kan varmt rekommendera denna lägenhet, allt fungerade till vår belåtenhet.
