Downstairs is a fully-equipped kitchen. Utility room, cloak room with toilet. Large Drawing room, Garden room. Dining room, beamed ceilings. Underfloor heating downstairs, radiators upstairs. Outside a fern-lined well, flood-lit in the evening to relax by and share a glass of wine. Beautiful garden.. Close-by Canon Hall farm for children, lots of restaurants and country pubs.a central area for Leeds, York ,Sheffield, Harrogate, Bronte Country, Chatsworth House in the peak district ,Yorkshire Sculpture Park and The Hepworth Gallery in Wakefield.

About the neighbourhood
Ingbirchworth is a small village on the border of South and West Yorkshire, with lots of local walks, close to the Pennine Way. A large reservoir to walk around and absorb the views. Holmfirth nearby is a busy little town where the TV programme Last of the Summer Wine was located. The new Hepworth gallery at Wakefield and Yorkshire Sculpture Park at Bretton are close by. Canon Hall and Cannon Hall Farm are only a 10 minute drive away and are very poplar with the children where they can feed the animals.
