Clew Bay House is a perfect base for any family intending to enjoy all that South-West Mayo has to offer. The open plan ground floor layout is super for relaxing together after a day of hiking, surfing, beach walking, or whatever outdoor pursuits you choose. The large kitchen is well kitted out, perfect for preparing meals to be shared at the large dining table. Plenty of space to chill upstairs in the lounge, with a super deck/balcony to sit out and watch the sunset.
Great garden overlooking Carrowmore beach (also great for pier jumping), only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Couldn’t ask for more.

Only a few minutes walk from the beach and a short cycle to Louisburgh. Seamless check in and check out. Fantastic location, beautiful views from the deck and the end of the garden.

We had a great stay in Louisburgh, the house was fabulous and the location was even better. The views from the house across clew bay down to Clare island were magnificent and the house has plenty of space and a great dining table in the kitchen area. We will be returning for another stay soon.

Clew Bay House is really to be recommended. A great location with a view of the sea and many excursion possibilities nearby.
We enjoyed our stay very much.
Thanks also to Caroline who takes great care of the house and keeps it clean.
