Luxury detached villa on a 2500 m2 plot, located between Vamos and Kalives, in a unique location with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the White Mountains (Lefka Ori). The villa is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden where among other citrus trees and olive trees. There is a private salt water pool 10 x 5 meters, including a children's pool and sun terrace with sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. Also their is a fantastic outside bbq house. The villa can accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor is the master bedroom with an indoor bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilet). There are also two spacious bedrooms on the first floor, with a spacious bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. About the neighbourhood
The traditional Greek village of Kalives with a slight element of tourism is located approximately 4 km away from the house. The village is situated in a green environment with the White Mountains in the background. It has a beautiful sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, and various taverns and restaurants immediately adjacent to the beach. Furthermore, Kalives many shops including bakers, butchers, post office, supermarket, petrol station, kafenions and a beautiful church. Kalives Around There are several traditional villages that are definitely worth it. Vamos also, a traditional Cretan village, where there is always a relaxed atmosphere, situated between the olive groves around 2 km away from the villa is an experience in itself. How to get there
Crete has two international airports, Ioannis Daskalogiannis airport in Chania and Nikos Kazantzakis airport in Heraklion. During the summer months charter flights fly directly to Crete, but it is also possible to travel to Crete via Athens during the whole year with Olympic Air or Aegean Airlines. The nearest to the villa airport is Chania Airport, 35km (30min drive) away. Heraklion Airport is 120km (70-100min) away. Car is essential.
