Two Bed Apartment with excellent access to Beach and town with all amenities. Ideal for Golf in the Algarve or the perfect beach holiday. Plenty of wardrobe space and could sleep up to 4 adults .
Completed to a very high standard with every thing you need. Large Private And shared Sun deck and Shared Pool. Owners sunbeds and patio furniture. Level aspect to the Pool or lift to street level. Only a few of the Apartment are available so very quiet although very child friendly. Second bedroom is small room 2m x 1.6m with single day bed with pull out bed beneath it so ideal for two children.
Excellent nearby restaurants and bars to complete your stay. Nearby resorts of Albufeira(3km) and Vilamoura(9km) completes its profile. Quiet and furnished to high standard. Wi Fi available in many bars...

Disappointing for the price !
We have just returned from a two week stay in August , two adults and two teenagers .
The apartment is on the small side and not really big enough for 4 unless it was maybe 2 young children. When we arrived in 30 degree heat we realised the air conditioning was not working , we contacted the owner who quickly responded that he was not aware it was not working and gave us some possible solutions . None of the solutions worked and the owner had to call an engineer . The engineer visited a few days later and confirmed it was broken beyond repair ! Not great for us having to spend 2 weeks in the heat with no air conditioning. No other solution was offered and owner never got back in touch with us after engineer said it was broken beyond repair . This really did spoil our holiday as some nights were unbearable and we had to lay on wet towels to cool down. I would never ever book a holiday in August without air con!
The apartment itself could actually be lovely as it is in a fantastic location but really just needs a little TLC like the balcony furniture upgrading ( comfy chairs are broken and sun lounger is also broken and plastic furniture very uncomfortable ) to make it justifiable for the price you pay and it most definitely needs working air conditioning !!

We did have to replace the air conditioning units. It was very hard trying to find an engineer in the peak of the summer the engineer ordered a new Daikin system after the visit which works perfectly. We update the balcony furniture as and when broken. The apartment block has approximately 40 sun beds on the patio area although we have our own which again have been replaced after being broken.

Excellent Stay
Really nice apartment.
Positives - The apartment is very central to everything and equipped with all you could want.
Access straight to the poolside from the balcony (which has a great sea view).
Very secure gated unit and the apartment has shutters on all the windows.
Owner Nick was easily contactable and very accommodating in allowing us early access and a late check out, which was much appreciated.
Negatives - Little really, if I had to find something, the apartment might not be a good choice for those who are elderly, or have mobility issues, as Olhas de Agua is not the flattest of towns
Only thing the apartment itself lacked was a safe, which despite the security shutters etc. would still have been something I would have liked (I prefer this in any apartment I rent, it’s no reflection on the location of the apartment, its in a very safe area).
Overall a great vacation and I would both return and recommend this apartment.

Excellent
Lovely apartment in a great location, 5 minutes to the beach and shops and restaurants. It was extremely hot while we were there and the air-conditioning worked really well. The pool area was lovely. Sometimes we had the pool to ourselves and never had a problem getting sunbeds, although the apartment has some on the balcony that you can use anyway.
Very clean and well equipped. We hope to return 😊

Perfect beach condo
A amazing location next to a beautiful beach.The apartment is in a quiet place, but very close to bars and restaurants. The apartment matched the description and was very clean.

Love this place
We visit Olhos every year and booked this apartment for the first time. We have stayed in other apartments in Verandas de Mar and always find them excellent.
I loved staying here, even though slightly smaller, it was lovely just being able to walk out onto your ground floor balcony out to the pool.
Being able to walk back into your apartment from the pool without having to go through the garage/using lifts made it so comfortable.
The apartment has everything you need and the owner is on hand by phone for any queries.
We have booked again for this year as being on the ground floor made such a difference. Close to local amenities and the beach. A beautiful place to visit.

Superbes vacances
Très bien situé, avec tout a proximité. Idéal pour 5 personnes..
L'appartement est top, juste devant la piscine avec ascenseur pour se rendre à la plage..
Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour passer d'agréables vacances au soleil..

Apartment Olhos d Agua
The apartment has everything you could want for a great holiday. It is situated in an excellent position to get the sun from sunrise to sunset, and with good access to the pool.

Bom apartamento para férias
Apartamento com muito boa localização (próximo da praia, comércio, restaurantes), vista maravilhosa, comodidades adequadas.
Apesar da proximidade de zona de bares e restaurantes é tranquilo, permite descansar

Lovely location with great view, apartment a few meters from pool
The apartment was great, my partner and I had the bedroom, while son and his friend (both teenagers) had living room double bed & single pull out beds. The view is great especially early mornings and late evenings with sun rise and setting. It has a great location within complex as same level and probably no more than 10 metres from pool. The apartment location is great for resturants, basically down lift to parking ground floor and several with 50 metres. A longer stroll to Calheiros is a must, we had the best steak ( a sharing platter for two of fillet) on final night, which topped off lovely holiday break. Temperatures were not great and a bit over cast a few days, although made most of it all and afterall it escaped some of poor weather at home. Can't fault apartment or owner, best of luck, hopefully we return soon, that was our third trip to Olhus d'agua this year, great part of Portugal with reasonable priced food and stunning quality, people are extremely welcoming and honest.

Good location
The apartments had everything we needed, and I must say that when we discovered
That there was no bulb in a bed side lamp, it was sorted straight away.
Location is close to the beach, a bit of a hill to walk back though.
Lots of very nice eating places, supermarket and a cake shop within 5 mins
Walk away.
The only issues we would mention is the pool area, it is poor.
There are only about 5 foam mattress to put on the hard plastic sun loungers
And the approach to the pool down some steps from the apartment is
Not very clean.
The pool area lets the apartment down.
For the price we paid it was fine, but on looking around
Other apartments in the resort, paying a bit more would result
In a lot better pool area etc
On the whole everything was ok.

The apartment has its own (4) sunbeds and does not rely on the communial sun beds.Also the apartment has 2 lifts that take you down to the beach level and therefore takes away the need to walk up the steps. The Condiminium cleaners clean the whole of the Pool Side deck every week including all the steps.

About the neighbourhood
If you want to get away from the overcrowded hustle and bustle of Albufeira and visit something more of the real Algarve than Vilamoura, but don’t want to be far from either, then a holiday in Olhos d’Agua may well fit your bill. It is a popular fishing village located in-between the two.Most of the activity in Olhos d’Agua is on the main street, and the winding road that leads down to the promenade and the excellant lightly sheving beach. Once on the beach you will be able to relax in the security of its surroundings and scenary. In Olhos D Aqua you will find a good selection of quaint bars and restaurants. While it can get quite busy in the summer months, compared with Albufeira, it is a quiet resort. Best suited to families who want a relaxing beach holiday, or as a base for exploring other areas in the Algarve. It is also a popular destination for Portuguese families, which is always a good sign. Excellant for access to the many Golf Courses that surround the area.There are no nightclubs here, so if that’s what you are looking for then you’ll have to pay a visit to Albufeira or Vilamoura. It is 6 km to Albufeira, but only about 3 km to the Strip, where you’ll find the liveliest of the nightlife. Walking will take you about 40 minutes, although there is a regular bus service, which is cheap. Alternatively a taxi will only cost a few Euros. Beaches in Olhos d’Agua, AlgarvePraia d’Agua, the local beach is good, lined by pine trees on the cliffs and its rocky outcrops. Generally it is not too busy, but well used by local fisherman, whose boats you’ll see lining the beach. Nearby beaches include Praia da Falesia, probably one of the most beautiful in this part of the Algarve. It’s long, at over 8 km, and is flanked by red cliffs. It runs eastwards, all the way to Vilamoura. Another beach, Santa Eulalia is a gentle beach, ideal for young children.
Getting around
Buses, taxis and trains are relatively cheap in Portugal and very accessable. Car Hire especially out of high season is very cheap and available from the Airport as well as most resorts.

Flights from almost all UK and many European Airport Faro is very widely available to all of Europe airports. Many budget and full service airlines fly to Faro.R>Faro Airport is 30km away. Return taxi/minibus transfers can be found at the terminal. Typical fair is from 40 Euro per journey to and from Olhos D Aqua, payable to the driver. Car hire although not essential, can be pre booked with a number of companies at the airport, Olhos D Aqua or Albufeira (4km). Taxi rank 2 minutes walk (taxi to Albufeira centre 5 Euros approx). Bus Stop 2 minute walk away. Excursions to tourist attractions available from Olhos de Agua hotels or within the resort. Distances. Albufeira Strip, 4km. Albufeira Old Town, 6km.
