Olhos d'Agua is a relatively small and unspoiled resort, but offers you everything you are looking for - these include some excellent restaurants, small bars where you may want a quiet drink, local supermarkets for your daily needs, a very good travel agency to book your excursions and car hire and a pharmacy.
All the above are within walking distance of the apartment whilst still offering you absolute peace and quiet.

Perfect apartment and resort
Great location. 5mins walk to Intermarche and 10-15mins walk to beach. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and a real home from home. We absolutely loved the resort and this wonderful apartment.

Great apartment and location
The apartment was great, very clean, had everything that you would need. Close to restaurants and bars and supermarket. The pool was not very big but a lot of the time we had it to ourselves. The only little criticism I would have was that the sunbed covers need replacing. Highly recommend this apartment and location. Teresa was also very helpful and answered any query promptly.

Highly recommended in Olhos De Agua
Just back from 2 weeks in this beautiful apartment. Perfectly located close to the beach , some great resteraunts or a 10 min Taxi to the Old Town.
The apartment has everything to make it home from home. Superb WiFi, aircon , pool, balcony & very comfortable beds, probably the best we've had away rom home.
The owner was fantastic to deal with from day 1 & even arranged airport transfers with expose.
A great 5 star experiance & we will be back again

nice holiday
The apartment was located in a lovely quiet part of the resort. The apartment, we as a group of four adults could not fault it in any way as there was every thing we needed, spacious and comfortable. The owners were very helpful sorting out the transfers and answering any questions. My only critisism was the use of only one key which made it a little difficult to go anywhere separately. But over all it was a very nice place to stay..

Très satisfait
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location.
Elle est très bien équipée, la literie est très bonne également. Nous avons apprécié le balcon avec une jolie vue.
La piscine est effectivement petite mais même en plein juillet, nous étions souvent seuls ou alors avec une autre famille. Le système de transats réservés aux appartements est très appréciable.
La résidence est très calme et bien placée, la voiture n'est pas indispensable.
Nous avons également demandé le service de navette pour l'aéroport et le service fût irréprochable.
À recommander donc !

Fab holiday
My brother and I loved the location of the apartment. Having two good sized bedrooms each with there own bathrooms was ideal for us. The balcony was superb and loads of space. On the whole we were pleased with the apartment, just felt that it could do with a bit of TLC. Cushion covers on the balcony furniture and def an umbrella stand that would hold the umbrella. Would still recommend and considering coming back next year.

Beautiful Apartment
It' has been 10 years since I was last holidayed in Olhos De Agua and what a change I have found and all for the better , As you can see from the title this apartment is fabulous and central to all the local amenities, The beach is just a 5 minute brisk walk away with all the curiosity shops ! Snack bar, and lovely resteraunts, There stunning walks, the beach promenade has been modernised and the beach is just lovely, We had a meal out last night and full 3 course plus wine or beer and coffee and a small glass of port all for 8 euros. The staff here at the Oceanus Jardim have been very attentive, we would certainly come back again.

Fabulous location
This ground floor pool facing apartment is large and modern. It had a fully equipped kitchen which had a washing machine and dishwasher and a small balcony off it. The rooms were of a good size and the balcony off the living room and bedroom was large. There is some furniture of the balcony which is great, but an umberella would have been useful for the afternoon sun. The living room and both bedrooms have air conditioning which is useful. Both bathrooms have showers which is great. The swimming pool was relatively small and rarely busy and each apartment has its own sunbeds at poolside with the apartment number on it which is a great - no hassle getting a bed! Felt totally safe in the apt - outside gate required a key to get into the complex and then to get into the apt block there was an inside gate to enter via key also. Underground parking is available and is great to keep your car cool in the heat.
Olhos de Aqua is a fabulous location for a family holiday - 3 beaches all within walking distance, 2 supermarkets within 5 mins walk and plenty of restaurants to suit everyone.
Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent holiday!
Excellent location and really clean spacious apartment. Equipped with a good cot and high hair for our little one. Safe for children and modern kitchen. The weather was also great for November time!

Why have we not been before
A wonderful apartment that had everything we needed (only needed to buy a few items) Very secure building with double lock gates and 4 bar front door. Swimming pool not large but more than adequate and slightly warmer than the sea. Excellent location close to all amenities. Have not enjoyed a holiday like this for years.

Olhos De Agua is located between Vilamoura and Albufeira. A small resort town, it offers some excellent restaurants and has all the amenities which render hiring a car unnecessary, although you may wish to hire one to enable you to visit other resorts and attractions away from Olhos De Agua. <BR><BR>If you are a golfer then a car is recommended as the nearest courses are about 15 minutes' drive away in Vilamoura. <BR><BR>It has 2 beaches, a small one and a large one, both of which can be reached on foot.
