Quinta Amora is a charming, private holiday house in Lakeside Village on the exclusive Quinta Do Lago estate. It offers guests 3 large bedrooms to sleep 6-7 guests in luxury and comfort. The house is in a great location for all of the fabulous restaurants, entertainment, facilities and activities in Quinta Do Lago, many of which are just a short stroll from the house... Walk down to the stunning lake and chill at The Shack resto/bar, lounge and take a dip at one of our two communal pools, head off to the beach and the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, or, over to The Campus for tennis and sports, and, of course, tee it up on any of QDL's 5 championship golf courses... Quinta Amora is the ideal home base to make the most of the Quinta Do Lago Lifestyle, all year long...

Family stay
Had a great long weekend. The house was superb, comfy beds, very clean and Mike and his family were very helpful.

Great Location for groups of golfers or families looking for quality outdoor activities
Just back from our golf trip to Quinta Do Lago. Would thoroughly recommend this villa to stay in, Walking distance to the beach and nature walks as well as the golf courses surrounding the area.
Amenities were clean and everything seems new inside the villa, We especially enjoyed eating out in the garden at nights which is nice and private.
From check in to check out all was `above par` as us golfers say!

Getting around
Once you arrive at the house you can walk to many amenities and facilities such as our 2 swimming pools and community tennis courts. Just up the road is also the newly-opened 'Campus' for tennis, full-sized football/sports training facility. And a short ride takes you to some of the Algarve's finest championship golf courses. For food-lovers and bon viveurs, right on your doorstep are the DLounge restaurant, Tucano's for Italian and The Shack on the lake for some grazing and a drink or two, or fine-dining at Casa Do Lago. On the way to the beach through the Ria Formosa reserve you have Gigi's Seafood Restaurant set on the sand dunes.
Many guests enjoy the use of a car to venture around the resort or further afield for tourist activities

How to get there
It's easy and quick to get to Quinta Amora from Faro international airport which is about 15 minutes drive from the Quinta Do Lago Estate. Many holidaymakers to the Algarve like to rent a car from the airport and enjoy the flexibility it offers for trips and excursions around the Algarve's tourist highlights outside of QDL resort. Taxis from the airport are readily available, and, can easily be arranged from the house. Uber taxi services are also available.
