'Casa Bella' is located beneath a Venetian Castle in the traditional village of Volissos.
The house is built in accordance with current planning legislation governing the traditional village of Volissos The main construction elements are stone and wood.
The total area is 145 mq and consists of 3 floors, heating, a/c, garden, capacity to accommodate 5 people.
It has two entrances. Downstairs is the kitchen, fully furnished and equipped and the bathroom. The kitchen has a wonderful terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and garden.
From the ground floor starts staircase that leads to the next two floors. Upstairs is the living room with a balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea. At this level is the main entrance of the house that connects to the paved path leading to the Venetian Castle.
