Villa Lucy is the ultimate place to relax, enjoy the sea view, the warm summer breeze, go for long walks by the sea side and in the side streets of the area. You can enjoy bicycle rides, while the sea front is a stride across the road.
The location is unique, as it is very close to Athens and Piraeus, (just 40 minutes with the hovercraft from the port of Piraeus and 1 hour with the ferry-boat). It combines a wonderful warm climate with lots of sun, warm clear waters for swimming, a lovely picturesque town-port, with lots of restaurants, bars and boutiques.

It is built on nearly 4 acres of land, next to the sea, on two floors, with 3 double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms on the first floor, as well as a small kitchenette. There is also a huge beautiful patio, looking out onto the north-west part of the Saronikos sea.
On the ground floor there are another 2 double bedrooms ,(one with en suite shower rooms) and an extra shower room, as well as a single bedroom. There are plenty of outdoor sitting areas, and patios, a dining area on a bamboo-covered patio and cozy, separate sitting areas, all around the house. The living room, on the ground floor, is spacious with a fireplace and sitting area, a separate dining area, an open plan kitchen and a work corner with a desk.

The villa is large, beautiful and very close to the water. The views are breathtaking.
It is fully equipped with everything a person would need.
We enjoyed the air-conditioning in every bedroom, we happened to be there on a very hot week. The main living space does not have air-conditioning, which made it very difficult to cook any meal, luckily we had a myriad of great choices to eat out.
Just as an FYI if you have a rented car the road to the villa from the downtown is blocked off at 7 pm in the evening, I suggest finding a different route in the daylight hours, very easy to get lost at night. We would rent again, anytime!!!!!

The property is 20 minutes by foot from the port, on the north-western side of the island, which is a gift in the hot summer days, as there is a light, refreshing breeze. The property is set 30 meters from the beach area and 100 meters from the closest sandy beach. The area is quiet and tranquil, throughout the day.
There are paths and lanes all around for long walks on foot, or by bike.
Getting around
A car is recommended as the villa is about 3 kilometers from Aegina port, where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and cafes, as well as the archeological museum.

How to get there
When reaching the port, one follows the signs leading to Souvala by the sea- front road. After about 3 kilometers, there is a small cul de sac which leads to the villa.
