Only 40min. away from Piraeus port by ferry, the villa is an ideal choice for guests interested in combining Athens’ speedy city life and an island’s relaxing pace of life. It is easy to access the city center within less than an hour and have the opportunity of sightseeing, shopping or nightlife with an easy return back to the calm island life. This is even easier when combined with a yacht. The choices are numerous.
Villa Layout
The villa has three separate levels:
-3rd level: separate entrance, 3 bedrooms (3 en suite), 1 WC, living room, kitchen, separate terrace, parking area, sea view
-2nd level: separate entrance, 3 bedrooms (1 en suite), 1 shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, separate terrace, sea view
-1st level: separate entrance, private swimming pool, terrace, outdoors BBQ and grill, pergola with dining area, WC, sea view. The area is very spacious and ideal for parties and gatherings.

We booked the villa for our management team retreat, of 2 nights. We were looking for a luxury location that would not cram people together, giving co-workers (not very close friends or family) the correct mix of living amenities and common areas, for our meetings and discussions. Angelica's residence proved the perfect match! Everyone was treated to their own bedroom/bathroom for privacy, yet, we held meetings in all three balconies (including the pool of course), all the while being just a short hop from the restaurants and bars of downtown Aigina. Even for Athenians living just 45' away by boat... this was truly a retreat!

Experience..!!!
What an experience that was... George was right, at the beginning we could not imagine that aegina had so much to offer to us! History, culture, great tours, amazing location and everything is just minutes far from the villa...
We stayed 7 days and at the end we wanted more. Days were passing by so quickly!
We had the chance to visit the ancient monuments of aegina, Peloponnese and athens as well...we never thought that we would have been able to manage fo see all of them!!!In addition we managed to island hop for 3 days in Methana, Poros, Hydra and Spetses were we explored secluded beaches and enjoyed the blue crystal clear water of Saronic Gulf.
Thanks to George our vacations were a true island experience, reminded me of the 70's where as student I loved backpacking in Mykonos and exploring the island's secluded beaches!
We enjoyed both a very good level of hospitality service and a true island experience!
100% recommended!!!
