The upper floor is the sleeping area. You have two master bedrooms with ensuited bathrooms - the bleu room & the green room - with double beds, plus a single bed in the small mezzanine of each room (internal stair to climb to the mezzanine). In the hall outside the bedrooms, you have a two sit couch that turns to bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped regarding electrical supplies, complete sets of crockery and cutlery, serving plates, saucepans, casseroles (slightly unused), glasses, cups, mugs and all you may need to enjoy cooking and dinning, or even invite friends.
Marvelous House is suitable for winter and summer holidays, since it offers full air-condition in all the areas of the house.

For the travelers of the Northen countries, Marvelous house offers beach huts, tanning lotion with high uv protection and written advises on how to enjoy the Greek sun and get a great tan without sunburns.
My adult family and I have just returned from a 10 day stay in Marvellous House and it was fabulous. Our host Mary was very helpful right from the moment that we arrived in Aegina. She met us at the port, walked us to the house, showed us around and even provided us with a welcome gift!
The house has a very accessible location. It is only a ten minute walk from the port, a five minute walk from the beach and it is situated very close to a mini-market, bakery and butcher as well as many restaurants and tavernas on the promenade of the town.
Marvellous House is a luxurious and very tastefully decorated property and is equipped with all necessary amenities. When we enquired if there was a barbeque facility in the property, Mary was even so kind as to provide us with one. A cleaning service was provided during our stay and there were also gardening and maintenance services available if required.
Aegina as a holiday destination was truly amazing. Its climate, beaches, scenery and facilities all make for a really enjoyable holiday. Aegina is perfect for those seeking a getaway in a location which has not been spoiled by mass tourism. We would truly recommend both Marvellous House as aproperty and Aegina as a holiday destination with a difference. It has something for all ages and all tastes.

The loveliest place
We stayed in Marys wonderful house for 9 days, and had a great time. The place is beautiful, good space, and comfortable beds. It has a lovely garden, quiet and very close to everything, baker, grocery store, and 200 meters away from the beautiful port of Aegina, with many good restaurants.
Mary is a very good host, very attentive,and wanting us to have a great vacation. The house had everything we needed, and we will definately recommend "Marvelous House"

Perfect vacations!!
An amazing place with comforts, near the beach... I had a wonderful time with friends in the coolest place in the hot island of Aegina!!!

My lucky days
Everything was operating "marvelously" ;) . It is a good destination. Exclusive house.
The temperature was balanced all day. Near the house you can find the best "tavernes" !
