On the ground floor there is a living - dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a porch.
On the first floor are one bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, one bedroom with two single beds, another bathroom, a terrace and a porch.
A 8x4m private pool overlooking the valley.
A basement with a garage for 4 cars and a laundry.
Facilities: bedrooms with air conditioning, TV, WIFI, washing machine, safe, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso maker, toaster, induction/ceramic hobs, iron and ironing board.
Two bicycles and one pram.
There are NO TV satellit.
Bed linen and towels provided, final cleaning included. A cot and high chair provided.
Non smoking house. Animals not allowed.

Schönes modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit eigenem Pool
Pool sehr gut abgesichert, waren mit meiner Enkelin (anderthalb) da.
Schöne große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool. Wunderschöner Ausblick in die Natur.
Küche hat alles was man so braucht. Handtücher genügend vorhanden.
Betten sind bequem. Riesengroßer Keller mit Waschküche.
Zum Strand geht man ca 10 Minuten. Es gibt auch einen super netten Hausmeister der kommt in der Woche und kontrolliert den Pool und gießt die Blumen. Als ich meinen Ohrring im Waschbecken verloren hatte ist er gekommen und hat ihn mühsam gerettet 😊
In der Nähe befindet sich ein Hotel mit Animation die aber um 22 Uhr endet und somit gut zu ertragen ist. Wenn man möchte kann man sich sogar dort aufhalten und zuschauen.
Fazit: Ich hab schon viele Ferienwohnungen gemietet aber diese war mit Abstand die Beste.

Really great - nearly perfect ...
A beautiful huge villa with a private pool, breath-taking valley, mountain and sunset views, evening sun, walking distance to shops and restaurants and several beautiful cove beaches.
A few little things that could be done to make it a 5:
* Wifi. It's assumed nowadays so lack of it came as a surprise
* Kettle. We had to boil water on the stove to make a cup of tea
* Water temperature. Not hot enough if you like a hot bath
* Jacuzzi bath doesn't work
* Insufficient sunbeds and covers (5 sunbeds, one of them broken, only 2 matching cushions)
* Dated furnishings. This villa deserves more than a £9.99 lamp from Ikea
* TV. No English language channels. Not that we needed them but some might.
* BBQ. A bit small if you have a large party and no tools
* Sporadic but persistent mild smell of sewage during our stay.
* Beds. We would have expected the Master bedroom to have a better one.
* Bathroom. Very little surface area around the basin in the master ensuite
A car isn't essential but if you are staying for a week or more you might want to see the north coast of the island and visit the Caves of Drach which is a must.
On balance, very happy with our week and these are only minor flaws mentioned.

Spacious family house with a big swimming pool in a lovely quieter resort
Villa Cajmin is a spacious family house in a lovely quieter resort and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the local beaches and cliff each just short walks away. The house was newly decorated, clean, well equipped and maintained with excellent facilities and combines a convenience yet a private location. By car it is a short journey from gorgeous harbour towns, panoramic view points and historic sites on the island. There is much to see and do for a variety of interests and age ranges. Our family would thoroughly recommend this as a great venue for a family holiday and think you too will want to come back some day.

Perfect location
We stayed for 10 nights in May. Great location for the beach, shops and restaurants. Pool was a hit with my family, great you have it all to yourself. Views are stunning. The quality of facilities i.e. Bed linen, bath towels, kitchen utensils etc could do with improving but we would book again for the size and location. We had a very warm welcome from Cati who managed our booking throughout. Would recommend
