Cottage -
2 Bedrooms , 1 Bathroom , Sleeps 4
Fulbourn, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England
The Old Chapel is a cosy 2 bedroom cottage converted from an 1855 Baptist Chapel. It sits well back from the quiet road in a large garden shared with the owners who live next door.

The original front door opens onto a sitting room with a sofa and double sofa-bed, TV and DVD, internet, iPod dock and radio. Off the sitting room is the dining area which seats 4 (there are extra chairs available) and a well stocked kitchen with hob/oven, fridge/freezer, washer/drier, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.

Upstairs there is a large double and small single bedroom. Family bathroom with bath/ shower. The double bed and the single have soft duvets to match the seasons. We also have a travel cot with bedding and high chair.

The village of Fulbourn has several shops and pubs/restaurants. It is within easy reach of the university town of Cambridge...

Additional amenities & feature info
The double sofa bed in the sitting room allows for another couple to stay if necessary, though we would not recommend anyone plans to stay on the sofa for a prolonged period!. There is also an extra single mattress in the little bedroom. This can suit two small children who can then share this room--however it is pretty small.

We now have a brand new central heating boiler to keep the Old Chapel cosy in winter and provide lashings of hot water. The bathroom has been newly refurbished with a brand new shower.
