Annulation de vol : Impossible de se faire rembourser malgré relocation
Notre vol ayant été annulé la veille, nous avons dû annuler en catastrophe la réservation. J'ai proposé de venir non plus sur 10j mais 7j mais la propriétaire m'a répondu qu'ils avaient déjà trouvé d'autres locataires sur nos dates initiales. Rassurée pour eux et pour nous, je lui ai donc demandé si nous pouvions être remboursés. Il s'agissait pour nous d'un premier voyage en famille et qu'il était vraiment important pour nous de se faire rembourser totalement ou partiellement. Malgré ces explications, la propriétaire s'est bien gardé les 800€ de frais d'annulation tant en ayant son logement loué...Elle est pas belle la vie! Airbnb nous a même dit que c'était rare qu'il y ait des hôtes qui se comportent comme ça dans ce genre de cas. Résultat: attention sous des faux airs très sympatiques, ces hôtes aiment se faire de l'argent en profitant du système et n'ont pas beaucoup d'humanité...

We were there in January with a small baby. The owners invaded our privacy in the house twice in our absence without informing us, just to send messages how we should behave.
For example they told us not to heat during the day.
The house is cold and dark and with a baby you are not supposed to heat?? Heating is promised by house description.
They have 2 dogs that are living behind the house and barking all the time because totally neglected. Careful... they bite!!!
Very bad experience alltogether!!

Best stay ever
I have to say it was our best holiday. House was great! Very spacious, tidy and safe. Lovely garden and views from it, especially sunrise. We enjoyed every minute there! Owners are very friendly and supportive. We had a great welcome from them with traditional local bread, wine and fruits. They were delicious! I would highly recommend them and will definitely come back there in the future! Thank you Paula, Marcus and Antonio!

Casa ideal para uns dias fantásticos( relaxar)
Casa linda com muitas condições, lugar calmo, perto do mar, vista para uma linda montanha, 5🌟recomendo a todos, obrigada Sr Marcus por nos ter disponibilizado a casa.

Mensonge du propriétaire suite à annulation
Nous avons été contraints d'annuler notre réservation le jour de l'arrivée prévue suite à un problème d'avion, le propriétaire en a été informé quelques heures avant notre arrivée théorique et nous a indiqué téléphoniquement le même jour qu'il allait voir ce qui était possible pour un remboursement. Puis....des échanges stériles sur la messagerie pour nous balader et finir par nous dire au bout de 8 jours que nous n'avions pas annulé à temps et qu'il ne pouvait rien faire. Bref, si effectivement il n'avait aucune obligation de rembourser, pour autant nous n'avons pas consommé d'électricité, de ménage, de nourriture etc...toutes choses en dehors de la location elle-même qui auraient pu être remboursées. Et surtout, nous avoir indiquer le contraire pour ensuite se rétracter en nous faisant mariner pendant 8 jours n'est pas du tout correct !

Bom. Dia. A partir do momento que vc nao cancelou a reserva, as datas ficaram bloqueadas e no entanto. Seguinifica a casa nao pode ser colocada e aluguel de ferias novamente. Mas automaticamente quando vc concordou e fazer o arrendamento de férias, seguinifica que tem um seguro de férias. Onde este arca com todas as despesas. Também não é justo outras famílias calorosas não arrendar por vc nao ter tido cancelado a reserva.

excellent acceuil et très belle maison
La maison est très belle. La terrasse avec cuisine extérieure parfaite.
La localisation nous a permis de faire beaucoup d'activités.
La maison était très propre et très bien aménagée.
Mais surtout les propriétaires sont adorables ; nous avons même partagé plusieurs soirées mémorables dans des restaurants locaux ensemble. Ils nous ont racontés et faire découvrir l'histoire de leur île.
