The house offers its guests great comfort in a cozy and romantic atmosphere, with all the modern facilities, a garden and a wonderful view over the surrounding hills and vineyards which can be enjoyed from every room. It is located on the hillside of the peaceful village of Calamandrana Alta, in the heart of the Piemonte wine area: Langhe and Monferrato. The house, approximately 60 sqm - lightful and fully furnished, extends over three floors. Two flights of terracotta and wood stairs lead to first and second floor. Ground floor: Main entrance | Fully-equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils (also including gas stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave pots, pans) and dining area | Direct access to the little patio and garden. First floor: Living room refurbished with two comfortable couches, satellite TV, round table and panoramic view. Second floor: Bedroom with kingsize bed (convertible in twin beds) and small panoramic terrace | Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Outdoor features: The small garden is ideal for dining, reading, relaxing, enjoying the great views, living close to nature. The place provides peace and quiet | The outdoor area is equipped with deckchairs and sunshade to shield the sun on warm summer days, table under a canopy for al fresco dining. Sleeping arrangements include: - bedroom: kingsize bed, convertible in twin beds (+ travel crib, supplied on request) - living room: sofa bed for 1 person + 1 single bed. Considering the particular staircase, to guarantee maximum security, we advise access to children aged 4+ or babies who still cannot walk or crawl. Price includes: - bed-linen, towels and tablecloths - water, power and gas usage - internet wi-fi connection - baby cot with blankets (to be requested previously, at the time of reservation). A car is necessary and there is free car park next to the house. **** GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to the entire property. Check-in: from 3 p.m. onwards. Check-out: before 11 o’clock.
