This was our second stay in the apartment and it was great. It is very clean and modern. The complex is friendly and two nice pools with entertainment twice a week. Hope to stay again.

Hi everyone the apartment is lovely and we'll maintained and well equipped only thing thats against it is no sun on the patio until after March until ?. Also dustbin men come at 3:30 in the morning may wake you up also the pool is abit to small for the 2 sites. It's a laugh on a morning people going to the pool for a chair to put a towel on it until the sun beds are unchain to pub the bed there or beds then they don't come back until dinner time to lay there.

Stayed in this apartment a couple of times now, it is near to everything that you need for a good holiday. The resort pool bar is very accommodating with friendly staff and the apartment has everything that you need, very modern and Denise is very helpful if you need anything, we have booked again for next year.

Loved the apartment so lovely, great location near to everything and 10 mins from beach, great appliances just needs a little tweaking, great aircon but floods the patio wardrobe door needs adjusting but I will book again loved it

Ground floor apt. Modern fitted kitchen & bathroom. Air con. There is a sofa bed so, at a push, but very cramped, could sleep four. 2mins from variety of bars. 15mins beach. Ok apt but Garden City complex is showing signs of age. Peeling paint, cracked concrete, broken tiles. Needs revamp. Apt clean & tidy. Good idea that Ed picked us up (Euros 25) as he had keys & could show us around. There is a main pedestrian route (road) directly outside, so people are passing constantly. So not exactly very private if you want to enjoy a drink or meal on balcony. 20yds opposite is the rubbish disposal room for the complex. A heavy steel door clangs shut periodically. Unfortunately, there is a rubbish collection, Mon/Fri - between 3 & 5am - & bedroom lights up with orange light & warning sound as bin wagon makes collection. May I point out that non of these comments is the fault of the owner. Unfortunately, these are; It's not the modern kitchen & bathroom that really should, at first, attract your attention, but a bright blue easy chair which, for want of a better word is - filthy. It spoils the whole thing & is easily fixed - throw it away. My wife & I managed to survive on two, rather thin, bath & hand towels. But, to be fair, we did find, on our last day, two new towels in the bottom of the wardrobe. Like all wardrobes in Spain, being cynical here, the sliding door needs repairing. On the whole most things are not fault of owners but rather the dilapidated, careworn state of the complex.

Location is ideal. You can walk to the hustle and bustle of Las Americas or the more peaceful Fanabe beach or stay around Adeje with its plentiful bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is immaculate with very modern decor and furniture. It is extremely well equipped with all that you need. Air conditioning was a very welcome feature given how warm it was. Communication was good. I would not hesitate to book again.

nice apartment and modern.i booked it for my son his girlfriend and 5 month old son. booked as it says it has air/con .this apartment does not have a air conditioning unit. it has a small free standing air/con unit on wheels.that is about as much use as a chocolate fire guard.. the apartment is way to big for it to keep it cool.the apartment never went under 80 and it was on 24/7 for a week.. emailed denise and was told if sum one came out to look at it we would have to pay for that. plus you had to fill it up with water 2/3 times a day.never had to do that with air conditioning before. feel that its false advertising. they picked the apartment because it had air/con with them having a 5 month old baby so he would not get to hot .iv stayed in many apartments on this complex which have air/con units and the apartments are nice and cool. I was also in a apartment there when they where which had air/con where they would come to cool down as it was over 100+ every day. also looked on line about free standing air/cons and there only good for a very small room. plus apartment not cheap for what it is. But it is a nice apartment like iv said..if you can sleep in the heat of the summer. the air/con was the only problem adults can put up with the heat babys cant.

The apartment is in an excellent location on the ground floor and is stunningly decorated to an extremely high standard. We stayed here for 5 days in March and had an amazing time. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment had everything that we needed to make the stay perfect. It was extremely clean and the other bonus is that the owners provide wifi at a very competitive rate. Highly recommended and thank you for a delightful holiday.
