To that effect, we provide: - Generator, heater - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 6 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 5 bedrooms - all rooms are equipped with a heater, electric kettle, attached bathrooms, king-sized beds and a valley view. - 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor of cottage 1 and 3 bedrooms are in cottage 2 - 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. - All the rooms on the ground floor offer a patio and the room on the first floor offers a balcony. BATHROOMS - There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - all attached. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms. COMMON AREAS - The living room is on the ground floor. - It offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people. - The dining area is a part of the living room and offers comfortable seating for up to 12 people. - There is a 1500 sq. ft lawn. - It can seat up to 25 people at any given time. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - All meals can be provided in-house on an A La Carte basis. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. GUEST ACCESS - The guests have access to the entire villa. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. However, the staff can be accommodated at a nearby hotel. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests enjoy and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can make the most of the lawn and indulge in outdoor activities or simply embrace its beauty. Guests can also venture out on hikes and nature walks. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Bonfire is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per 2 hours. - Fireplace can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per 2 hours. - Barbeque can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per use. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all electrical appliances for up to 24 hours. - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within two working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
