Villa
Its a beautiful villa with breath taking dam and valley view. There are total 5 air conditioned bedrooms with attached washrooms. A common washroom near the living room. 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor. 2 bedrooms are on the other level with games room and a swimming pool. There is a huge deck with a view.Guests can enjoy this area through their stay at any time. Karaoke and music system in the living room. Inverter and generator for power back up. Breakfast and a full time in house chef included in the package.

Fabulous property and location. Well maintained, good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The 2 boys in charge of the guests, Narayan and Raju, are always smiling and eager to please. They are good cooks too!
Had a memorable 2 nights with extended family and hope to visit again, soon.

the manager of this property is manner less and full of attitude
the manager of this property is not talking properly earlier he was then after the time when i was close to booking he increased his rate and suddenly asking for 25k security deposit and no bachelors allowed he suddenly adding rules i think you should think before booking this villa.
because in starting if he behaving like this then what he would do after your booking.
and he behaves like he is the only one who has villa.

Heaven is right here!
Arowana is by far the best experience I've had in or around lonavala. And I use the word experience, coz it truly a holistic one. The villa is clean, well maintained, beautifully designed, the view is gorgeous,breathtaking river and mountains exactly as they look in the pics, the staff is courteous and efficient. And the food they cook is absolutely amazing! They don't shy away from work and are always eager to provide what you need. The place is as safe as it is beautiful.
We were 14 people and each one of us left feeling blissful and eager to return.
A huge thank you to the team at Arowana for making our two day stay the best ever! Couldn't have asked for more.

An amazing property at an amazing location. Superb food and service provided. We enjoyed to the fullest and had a feeling of being in heaven.

Worst Experience
I have visited this property in Oct 2017, at an outlook this looks a wonderful property and its really a very nice and comfortable property to stay but with a major problem of unhygienic Kitchen with good amount of Cockroaches, rats and other food friendly insects.
On the first day itself we complained about the same to the property manager but as usual no improvement.
We had our worst experience w.r.t the food as it caused stomach issues to few of us.
The cook asks for money for every food item as it is not included in the total price but he also adds good amount of commission to it.
For example: 1 liter oil has been quoted at 200 rs and 1 kg rice was around the same.
When we ask to show us which brand are they using they said they do not the cover anymore.
I recommend everyone to refrain from this property and save your money or travel to some other properties nearby

pleasant stay
we had gone there for 2 nights in a family group . The stay was very relaxed. Amazing property with a fantastic view of the mountians & valley .very well maintained bungalow ,good hygenie& cleanliness. The staff was very cooperative & cooked a variety of veg dishes for us . it was super holiday spent in the lush green environment wid breath taking views .will certainly recommend .

Worst property. Arowana chalet
I had never seen like this worst property to stay. Not at all maintain by the owner. No cleaneness at all. Never book arowana properties.
