With deep regret and anger I write this review to let this property know that I will never be recommending this to to anyone ever. I am sure Ms. M remembers me and so will Mr. R, your manager in Lonavala who handled my case. I booked this Royale villa in Lonavala for my mother-in laws 65th birthday celebration. From the time we entered things started to go downwards. 1. There was no parking for 3 cars and they wouldn't let us park inside the bungalow we paid 72,000/- for! They asked us to go park far away. (Please read that price again, it was a hole in the pocket for a 2 night stay!) 2. The minute we took a walk around the house, it was filled with moss, torn bed sheets, dark dingy curtains and unclean sheets and areas. The entire house looked unclean, smelt of rain related fungus and was dark and terribly unwelcoming. 3. With 2 senior citizens, a pet cat and 3 children, and 2 family members with severe asthma we as a family decided this was not a safe place for us to stay.Had Ms. M even mentioned as a disclaimer that this villa would have fungus and moss, believe me I would not have booked this property. 4. Also, the non veg kitchen was attached to the villa, a fact hidden from us till we got there. Had the property told us this too, we would not have booked this villa at all! The helpers were walking through our bedroom to serve us food and get things ready and at any given point in those 4 hours we were there, the helpers were everywhere, making it rather uncomfortable for us as a family. 5. All bathroom windows were broken. The people from the next door bungalow could easily see inside! Are you serious that you charge so much money for such an awful service? 6. Once we decided to leave, the manager Mr. R was kind but his hands were tied. Ms. M was rather rude to me on the phone and said if I did not want to pay the balance amount in cash, (very suspicious when they take half cash and half g-pay) I'd have to leave immediately. This service was shocking, considering she had been so very kind till the time we raised a complaint. If you cannot take feedback, please hire different people to run your company. We left within 4 hours of reaching the property and all we got was a Rs.10,000 refund and I LOST Rs. 25,000. After reflecting on my experience, I now write this review to warn fellow travelers. Please do not go here. This property made business and they got the money from another party for the same 2 nights and I was not given my full refund. I cannot begin to tell you how upsetting this experience has been. Please do not be fooled by their well made videos. They are cheating people and taking advantage of them in the middle of a pandemic when people are desperate for big clean spaces. Please think before you book.

The supreme 5 bedroom Aashiyana villa was a pleasant stay indeed.One of the best place to stay . The property has a distinct feeling of luxury and all furniture, amenities, Lift, etc is comparable to a 4 - star hotel. The rooms are very large and spacious with very clean beds and washrooms and AC.The roof tops was just awesome .Good delicious yummy food. Barbeque was the best. The staffs are very efficient and hard working. They are available at all times. You don't have to go looking for them . Good service and food provided by humble care- takers. Govind and his co- staffs treated us so well. Had my younger brother's 21st birthday celebrated there. They helped me to organise it so well with bonfire and ice I needed for drinks. The indoor swimming pool is of decent size. It is not a kiddie pool. It is quite deep too with clean water. And evening time the water was too cold.The location is very convenient off the expressway. There was only one problem that is internet. We were not getting proper wifi connection. But it didn't bother us more as we had come out for 2 days with family and friends to spend some good time and which we did. The owner Mr. Rizwan is very responsive and ensured all our requests were taken care. We were 25 people with 3 small kids and 14 boys with families. We all enjoyed a lot. All thanks to Mr. Rizwan ,his staff Govind and his co- staff

Villa is as shown in pics and suits the name 'Aashiyana'.. Good food and service provided by humble care-takers.. With no 'Do's or Don't' stuff to care about on trip, get a feeling of you own the place.

We had especially come to see the villa in september and immediately fell in love with it. The pool, the terrace, the rooms and the hallways are beautiful. Of course, having a lift inside the villa made us feel like royalty. The staff was very cooperative. The people who were handling the booking were very accommodating and accessible. We loved our stay there and we hope to return to plan many more trips in the future.

The Supreme 5 bedroom Aashiyana villa was a pleasant stay indeed. The villa has 5 gorgeous suites & a gorgeous living room with chic interiors. The villa can easily accommodate upto 12-15 people. Tonnes of fun with friends & family!

It is a really great place. So many positives: 1. They have spent money on building the place. It has a distinct feeling of luxury and all furniture, amenities, etc is comparable to a 4-star hotel. 2. The staff is very efficient and hard working. They are also available at all times. You dont have to go looking for them. 3. The indoor swimming pool is of a decent size. Its not a kiddie pool. Its quite deep too with clean water. 4. The food is very good. They have a fixed menu but the food is really tasty. We didnt order anything outside the fixed menu but we know what they served us was freshly made. Nothing from the freezer. Also, they are using a room inside the house to cook - so the kitchen is very clean. They are not cooking in some hut in the back. We actually saw the helper mop down the whole kitchen after every meal. 5. The location is very convenient off the expressway. Looking for the lane is a little tricky so make sure you understand exactly on the phone. Trust Google Maps (even if it doesnt look like a road). 6. The owner is very responsive and ensured all our requests were taken care. 7. The rooms are large and spacious with very clean beds. 8. The roof is just awesome - we spent 80% of our time on the roof. You can make out the intent of the owner by the quality of products he had placed there. The TV was Sony, the ACs were General, even the carrom board is an expensive one (easily 12-15k). We were a family of 21 people, ages ranging from 2 years to 86 years and each one was very happy. Definitely recommend for all.

Ashiyana Villa is a place to go - big lavish Bunglow with multiple rooms and deck aesthetically designed with lovely interiors. Indoor swimming pool well maintained. Food was awesome and was cooked in house by the Host staff/ team.Guilt free eating guaranteed. The Host - Mr Rizwan Patka along with his staff were highly warm and Hospitable. Above all the resort stay was very Aptly price - A true value for money deal. Need a quick break from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai or your daily hectic schedule ---- Aashiyana Villa is a place to go.Family Entertainment and Rejuvenation Guranteed

The villa is hugee! with an amazing indoor pool whch fits best for a pool party. and all the facilities and services are available and good.

We had a family picnic and what an place to be for this family event.very nice property in lonavala for family and friends.The staff is not only courteous but also eager to serve at any given time. The food was all the more tempting to keep eating. Excellent team and efforts. It is really one of the best resort I have ever visited. Rooms are really good. thanks to Mr Rizwan, Sahil, Villa Manager and entire Team for such a wonderful villa...

It was amazing and peaceful staying at your bungalow..! Enjoyed alot ...! Wishing to visit again soon....!! Strongly recommending to everyone Inshallah next time with meal I will be booking...!
