Guests can also take full advantage of the pool and gardens and other facilities on offer by Belvoir Pavilions. Other things to note We have 3 very friendly dogs - Ellie a gorgeous 7 year old border collie , Louie and Harry – 2 x maltese X’s - and Monty my 10 year old cat. So my guests should be animal lovers as my pets are part of the family.More

Interaction with guests
As I live on the premises I will be available for any assistance required by my guests. I am always approachable but completely understand my guests wishing to maintain their privacy. As we have very friendly dogs who love interacting with our guests - this could be a bonus for animal lovers. I am passionate about maintaining peaceful, tranquil and completely relaxing environment for my guests. This is not a party house although I fully expect all my guests to feel at home and treat my place as they would their own.

About the neighbourhood
Berry is probably one of the main tourist attractions in the NSW South Coast and for good reason. It is a gorgeous little town, lovely shops and cafes with a famous Pie Shop in the main street. There are numerous festivals, markets and festivities taking place throughout the year and the demand for accommodation spreads throughout winter and summer. Even closer to Belvoir Pavilions is the busy town of Nowra which has one of the best delis and fish and meat markets I have ever seen! If this is not enough, the beaches are glorious and within easy reach of Belvoir Pavilions. Silos winery is less than 5 minutes away and Two Figs ten!
Getting around
I have a semi-circular driveway at the front of the house and also parking in my second driveway. While there is a train station in nearly Bomaderry and Nowra, I wouldn’t recommend relying on public transport. To get to my property really requires a car as it is located 750 metres down a country lane. There are a few taxi services nearby so you need not worry about returning home after an evening out.
