Brilliant
I fantastic base for touring the area. Cosy warm chalet with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The dog's loved the morning walk to the lake. The perfect half term getaway with glorious weather for October.

Further to my 1 star score but 5 star review in October 2018,,,my apologies to Penny as it should have been 5/5...this is just to reiterate how fabulous Rose and Fuschia chalets are and how we have just had another great week there, and will... fingers crossed have many more.

perfect place to relax
This was located in a quiet lane away from the main road, you do need a car to get about. Chalet was just what we needed, basic but had everything we needed to use as a base and to relax. We found the location was good to enable us to go out each day to visit the many places of interest on the Suffolk coast. We really enjoyed our week there, and my husband liked the added bonus that he could walk to the lake to do some fishing.

A weekend getaway
A nice little chalet with all the essential things needed for a few days away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. A good location with plenty of walks and places to visit nearby. Would definitely recommend it.

Fab stay!
Great place to unwind. Penny, the owner was lovely and we found plenty to do with the children and the dog. We would definitely stay there again.

A tranquil and private place to unwind
The location is accessible but very private. There are a wealth of places to visit close to hand if you want to. However, it is also very relaxing to thoroughly chill outside the house in the garden or walk to the lake across the field. It is so peaceful there.
Our host Penny was absolutely charming and very respectful of our privacy at the same time. One day she even delivered some delicious scones, jam and cream for our tea. We did most of our own cooking in the well equipped little kitchen, but if you prefer there are many good local pubs/restaurants and takeaways close to the chalet.
We will certainly visit again!

Rose chalet Holiday
Rose chalet was cosy with everything you needed for a holiday not far from a small town centre with a small pond for wildlife at the back

Rose Chalet
This is the second time we have stayed in this delightful chalet, or is so pretty - can't recommend it enough. The peace and quiet is brilliant, a lovely place to unwind. There is everything you need in the chalet, it was spotlessly clean. The owner Penny does not intrude, but is there if you need her (just across the lane) We will definitely be returning next year.

Peaceful location
Stayed here over Christmas as a couple with our elderly border collie who appreciated there being no steps or stairs to negotiate..The chalet was well equipped and we arrived to a bottle of cider to mull and a plate of mince pies - very welcomed after a 5 hour drive. We also appreciated the Christmas decorations and the cosy throws and blankets, not that the chalet was in the least bit cold, the heating was very efficient, but it made it all very cosy and welcoming. The chalet is in a peaceful location but close to Framlingham and the Suffolk coast. We spent most of the time catching up with family so I didn't get to meet Penny but my partner did and found her very pleasant and genuinely concerned that we had a good break. The walk to the pond was a favourite of Mollies and I am sure we will return.

Great chalet in rural location with nearby amenities and attractions.
Clean and tidy chalet situated in a rural location supported by local amenities and attractions. Visited Framlingham Castle and nearby pub with shops to suit all needs. Personal service provided by Penny (the owner) and stayed here with our Jack Russell Dog, with a nice walk route for him and us around the pond. Will definitely return for future visits.
