This light and stylish 3 bedroom townhouse is situated in the gated and secure complex of La Vizcaronda in Manilva, close to the port of Duquesa. The complex offers 3 swimming pools set in wonderful communal areas with lush green tropical plants. There is also a grassed children’s play area with swings and football area. This complex offers superb views to the mountain and coast and is just a few minutes drive from the port of Duquesa. The lounge gives access to the east facing terrace which offers stunningl views over the valley to the mountain range and also partial views to the sea. The terrace is fitted with terrace a sofa, a large parasol and dining table and chairs. The upper floor consists of the 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is fitted with a double bed and built in wardrobes and benefits from its own private terrace and en suite shower room. The second bedroom is fitted with twin beds and built in wardrobes. The third bedroom is fitted with a double bed and enjoys a small private terrace. There is also a shared bathroom. Continue up the stairs to the roof terrace and enjoy the stunning views to the mountains and the Mediterranean sea. This townhouse offers free WiFi, vented A/C throughout and there is a computer in the lounge area for guest use. The property has CCTV outside for security, there is CCTV inside which can be switched off while occupied. Manilva is located just a few kilometres inland from the quaint fishing village Sabinillas and the rather smart port of Duquesa. Manilva is famous for both its wines and its Roman baths and Aquaduct. The town itself is split into two parts, the seaside resort and the charming traditional white washed Andalucian village located just 3km from the coast, which is bordered by vineyards of the famous Moscatel grape. The sandy beaches are some of the best on the Costa del Sol, and remain fairly uncrowded during the summer months. The picture perfect marina of Puerto Duquesa is located between Estepona and Sotogrande and is approximately 35 minutes from Marbella and 25 minutes to Gibraltar. Situated between two blue flag beaches dotted with beach restaurants and bars, Puerto Duquesa offers tranquillity and peace as well as boasting a myriad of facilities including sophisticated dining opportunities, bars, a supermarket and other essential services such as banks and boutique shops. Close by the port you will find many top class golf clubs including the Duquesa Golf and Country Club, Casares Golf and many more. The town of Sabanillas is more like a village, with a lovely leisurely atmosphere and a town plaza where all life seems to centre around. Originally, the town was split by the main road running through it, but now it has an underpass which diverts the traffic away from the town streets. Although it still has a more rural appearance, it has ample shops and services including banks, pharmacies and restaurants and large supermarkets.
