About the neighbourhood
A very quiet area, just between Gandia and the beach. Most villas and semidetached houses. There are plenty of green areas. The street is having a dead end, so no problem to park the car and very little traffic. Just behind the house is the 'Avenida del Mar' a walking area going to 'El Grau de Gandia' and the beach.On the end of the street is a green area specialy for children, about 70 meters from the house There is a busstop 100 meter from the house, The large shopping centers Carrefour, El Corte Ingles, Plaza Mayor and La Vital are at 3 km. The closest supermarket is 0.5 km away from the property. The Daimuz beach is also very nice and 5 minutes away by car.
Getting around
There is a regular bus service from the town to the beach area, the closest busstop is at about 700 meters from the house. Walking to the beach will take around 15 minutes, by car 5 minutes. There is a large underground parking at the beach boulevard from Gandia.
