The kitchen is well equipped with electric hob and oven, Belfast sink, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, and all other modern conveniences. The utility room has washing machine and dryer. Also on the ground floor are the first 2 bedrooms, this first is a double bedroom with en-suite WC and shower, and the second is a king size with en suite WC and shower. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a double and a single bed, a large family bathroom with bath and shower, and a large lounge area with comfortable sofas and multi-channel TV. There are wonderful views from all rooms. Centrally heated throughout with underfloor heating. Patio outside the property. Garden furniture available. BBQ available. Private off road parking.
