This is an oceanfront 3 bedroom 2 bath unit located on the point of Building 3 in the St. Regis Resort, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The unit boasts 2 balconies providing some of the most spectacular ocean views on Topsail Island. The balcony off the living area is a great place to enjoy morning coffee and watch for dolphins swimming by. It also has an excellent view of the large outdoor pool, as does the side balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped for basic meal preparation. The master bedroom has a king bed, access to the oceanfront balcony, and spectacular ocean views. The resort offers both indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a fitness center with a sauna, tennis courts, and a playground. Everything you need is right here in one place. Posted 2-3-2021 The indoor pool at the St Regis is still under construction and there is no definitive opening date as of the time of this posting. Great stay...until a month plus later.

We stayed in late August and expected the unit to be a little run down given a busy season, so the dirty throw rugs and comforters (blood) on arrival, were just part of the deal. We actually cleaned them ourselves while there. Now, a month...More

AWESOME from the Condo, to the View, to the Resort, it has it all.
