Lovely pet friendly accommodation with a beautiful loch nearby to walk the dog round. Accommodation was spotless and owner came to check everything was okay. Warm and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Our 3rd time to the cottage. So peaceful and accommodation top class again! The fishing lake now has a path all the way round and terrific for walks! The owner visited frequently to make sure everything was OK. Will be back for a 4th time...More

About the neighbourhood
The cottages have the best of both worlds - peace and tranquility on private farmland but within easy distance of the bustling towns of Invergordon and Alness. Invergordon has one of the deepest natural harbours in Europe and was used in both World Wars as a safe haven for warships - these days their place has been taken by cruise ships who regularly visit during the Summer months.
You can regularly see deer around the cottages, the osprey likes to help itself to the fish in the lochs nearby and this summer the otters moved into the burn so keep your eyes peeled.
Take a stroll along the lanes, in the summer wild raspberries grow in abundance and in the autumn the trees are heavy with sloe berries
