Broomfield House is the ideal choice for large family or group of friends up to 12 people visiting the Brighton area for a holiday or special event. The house is in a suburb called Telscombe Cliffs very close to Brighton and Rottingdean.[not Rottingdean as advert heading currently stating.] You'll have off road parking for 3/4 cars and free on-street parking. The beach is just a 5 minute walk away and you'll also find two pubs offering sea views, great food and entertainment, and there are local stores, an off licence and take-aways. Enjoy nights out, quiet nights in, country walks or sea side strolls it's up to you. Buses run every 10 minutes from the end of the road and run till 3am every night except Sundays Brighton is approximately 15 minute by bus or driving and taxis cost approx £19 to £27 for a 4/8 seater . This fabulous holiday let ticks all the boxes! You'll be ideally located to access everything that Sussex has to offer; Beachy Head, the beautiful Saltdean beaches and cafe, The Seven Sisters Country Park, Rottingdean village (with a host of independent shops, pubs and cafes), the miles of beautiful coastline, our picturesque villages and of course the famous Brighton nightlife, restaurants and shopping!! The beauty of this area is that London can be reached in under an hour by fast train links. Please read some reviews from our delighted previous guests on Trip Advisor/Holiday Lettings and other famous portals. UNFORTUNATELY, we are not able to take bookings from all male groups or groups under the age of 30 at this point in time. GROUND FLOOR BIG KITCHEN DINING ROOM: Fully equipped for a chef and 2 french doors to the garden with king size gas barbecue and seating for 12 outside too! Flat screen tv here as well. LIVING ROOM 1: Sleeps 1 on 1 sofa bed , smart 65 inch TV & DVD; Plenty of DVDs and books are provided OPEN PLAN LIVING ROOM 2: TV & DVD player available here too. So no arguments about what to watch! French doors to patio GROUND FLOOR BEDROOM 6: Bedroom with 3 x 3ft single beds GROUND FLOOR BATHROOM with shower enclosure. FIRST FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM 1: Sleeps 2 with King Size bed Decorated with zesty orange accessories.Flat screen tv. Own en-suite shower room with WC and basin BEDROOM 2: Sleeps 2, on a double zip and link bed. aubergine curtains and accessories BEDROOM 3: Sleeps 1 with 3ft single bed, BEDROOM 4: Sleeps 2, on a 4ft 6' double bed, teal accessories and damask wallpaper flat screen tv, En-suite shower and wash basin [ no toilet] BEDROOM 5: Sleeps 2 on two 3ft single beds FAMILY BATHROOM: Newly fitted with 'P' shaped bath, electric shower over, curved glass shower screen, wash basin and WC. Thank you. Garden NOT TO BE USED after 11pm / BEFORE 8 am Please keep noise down when entering or leaving the house. Family groups or groups over 30 only. No confetti /glitter in / out. No stags/ all males groups.
