An attractive villa in a fabulous location, just a few meters from the beach and located close to Pula – only five kilometres. Villa Avemar offers you luxurious accommodations with beautiful sea views. It is ideal for families, couples and small groups of people. In front of the Villa is a beautiful pebble beach ideal for children. There is a big private outdoor swimming pool with hydro-massage area and romantic lights that enhance the experience of swimming in the evening. The area surrounding the swimming pool is equipped with deck chairs and there is a beautiful well maintained garden in which to relax. The first floor has a large terrace that offers a breathtaking panoramic sea view. Villa Avemar has two floors and a total of four bedrooms. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a double bed with an en suite bathroom. On the first floor there is a well equipped kitchen, a living room, and a dining area with access to the terrace from which you can enjoy the beautiful sea view. There are also 2 bedrooms on the first floor, each with a double bed and an en suite bathroom in each. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, an en suite bathroom and a terrace overlooking magnificent sea views. The villa is air-conditioned and has wifi internet. There are 3 private parking spots. Pets are not allowed. We do not accept groups of young people.More

Great job guys!!
Just stayed at the villa. Fantastic house! Very clean and everything you need is provided! Location wise is great but don't expect any bars or so close by as there aren't any! But if your looking for a spacious villa that easily fits 8/9 people then I'd recommend it! Hosts are great / friendly! Great job guys!!

Immaculate
When we arrived my first impression was that it was immaculate! Absolutely clean and beautiful. Mauro and Renata were very welcoming, and extremely accommodating. They adjusted their schedules to meet up for deposit returns as we were leaving so early in the morning. We had an enjoyable week, walking to many area restaurants. For other explorations, you will need a car, or scooter.

About the neighbourhood
The village of Banjole is near the city of Pula with its Roman era monuments and concerts is just a short drive away. The untouched nature of the Premantura nature reserve is also close by. Villa Avemar is only a few meters from the beach. The sea is undoubtedly the main attraction in this corner of paradise. The small fishing town of Banjole is situated on a small peninsula with a naturally protected port, it is the perfect place for enjoying the sea, sailing and fishing enthusiasts. Here are no traffic jams or large hotel complexes, and still you have everything you need. If you like sport, you can choose between many sport activities. Istrian peninsula is also a home to one of most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe – Brijuni. It can be accessed by 10 min boat ride with departure from nice fisherman's town Fazana, just 15 kilometres away from the Villa.
