There is also a cosy bunk bedroom on this floor,as well as a bathroom,with shower over bath and WC. Heading downstairs to the first floor,you will find the spacious and welcoming lounge/kitchen/diner. The light and airy lounge is ideal for snuggling down and enjoying the Smart TV/DVD,and DAB radio with Bluetooth,and has delightful estuary views. Heading over to the stylish and attractive kitchen,you will find everything you might need including electric oven and hob,microwave,fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining area is perfectly situated,and ideal whether you’re sitting down to a big meal or grabbing a snack. Moving down to the ground floor,you will find the master bedroom,complete with super-king-size bed,Smart TV,DAB clock radio and en-suite shower room with WC. The washer/dryer is located next to the shower room. From the ground floor bedroom,a door leads out to the delightful enclosed tiered patio garden,complete with garden furniture,BBQ,and small sun room with seating. Private parking is available for one car,and there is an additional space shared with the neighbour available on a first come first served basis.
