RDC : pièce à vivre avec coin cuisine(toute équipée), coin repas, vue sur le port, chambre avec un grand lit 2 places vue sur parking et au nord, toute petite salle d'eau (douche, lavabo, toilettes) accès étage par escalier colimaçon avec rampe (non conseillé aux tout-petits enfants et personnes très âgées) séjour à l'étage avec canapé-lit 2 places, (pour plus de confort le canapé lit est recommandé pour 1 personne adulte) pas de climatisation. Accès terrasse plein sud et vue sur mer.
