Located on the edge of the seaside resort of Clohars-Carnoët, this house is all on one level and set in a large enclosed lawned garden. The property provides comfortable accommodation in a contemporary atmosphere. Situated in the country, yet it is very close to the centre of the village where many lively bars, restaurants and crêperies can be found. The River Laita is within a 10 minute drive and provides a lovely beach, canoeing and kayak trips. From the river two scenic hiking trails can be followed through the Forest of Carnoët to Quimperlé.
