The open plan KITCHEN/DINING AND LIVING room is the main part of the carriage and has a French door opening out on to the clifftop sun deck. The kitchen area has a range of fitted units, an electric hob and oven and a dishwasher. The dining area seats 4. The sitting area has a woodburning stove, a comfortable sofa, coffee table and a flat screen TV with Sky plus and a DVD player. There is a recenetly fitted SHOWER ROOM with a large walk in shower cubicle, WC and wash basin. The BEDROOM has a kingsize bed positioned to enjoy the views over the sea, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a fitted wardrobe and a beautiful FREESTANDING BATH. Garden & Parking To the front of the carriage a sundeck offers private and spectacular views over the cliffs and the sea and has a table and seating to allow you to enjoy alfresco dining. To the rear, there is a small enclosed orchard garden with a parking space on a private drive for one car and a boat, which can be launched off the beach just a few hundred yards away. Other Information There is electric underfloor heating, which is included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £35 (payable when booking) at all other times. A complimentary basket of logs is provided for the woodburning stove, thereafter available locally. No baby equipment - due to the cliff top location this property is not suitable for children. Linen and Towels are included, but not beach towels. WiFi enabled. No pets. No smoking. Close to property reference 536 for two couples wishing to holiday close by but not together. More

A lovely railway cottage with all amenities with lovely cliff walks. Gorgeous sea views from the bed! We saw seals most days.

Perfect location with amazing views, you can never get fed up looking out to sea. The carriage is so warm and cosy it was hard to drag ourselves away. Excellent beach a few minutes walk away and lovely coastal walks right on your doorstep. Lovely...More
