It's all about the view! This condo is located first front of Orient Beach and offers an amazing view on the turquoise water of Orient Bay. It features an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a very bright living room opened on a large terrace from where you will appreciate the music of the waves.
Direct access to the beach and to the communal pool, parking spot, fully air-conditioned, TV and Wi-Fi... and this only a few steps away from the restaurants, the bakery, the grocery...

Outside deck and oceanview are amazing
Villa location was perfect. The villa is very spacious. We loved it. However, be warned. The second bedroom has practically ladder steps. Great for children, not good for older adults.

Another Great Visit
Timoon most likely has the best location and view of any place we've stayed in Orient Beach. The upstairs bedroom has a rather steep stairway access, so take the other bedroom if given the choice. This year the water was turned off every night and would usually return by 9am. This was the same for all the surrounding units due to maintenance and was a very minor inconvenience considering you are in St. Martin and snow was on the ground back home. The unit is on the minimal side for luxury comfort. Tile floors make easy cleaning and most of your time will be spent on the porch, when not on the beach. Great place for those who don't require luxury at all times.

Another Fantastic Visit
Having just completed our 9th or 10th vacation in Orient Bay, I can say it was another fantastic stay. If you have to constantly have activities to do, this might not be the place for you. On the other hand, if great food, great drinks, and lying on the beach all day, then this could become your favorite. Staying in the community of Orient Bay requires no driving once you arrive. Restraunts, small market and beach bars are less than a 5 minute walk. I've used Flipkey almost everytime. Depending on how many friends are visiting makes my choice on where to stay. I have always had a quick, easy, and satisfying experience with Flipkey and would recommend using them. Enjoy Orient Bay!

Parfait
Appartement spacieux en bord de plage. Dans environnement sécurisé et proche de tous les commerces.
Grand salon. Cuisine équipée de tout ce qu il faut pour se faire des petits repas à grignoter sur une terrasse avec vue sur la plage.
Chambre agréable et spacieuse literie neuve.
