It is within walking distance to Talamanca beach taking only 7 to 10 minutes. It takes only 3 minutes by car to get to some of the popular restaurants and bars in the Marina Botafoch area and only 5 minutes by car to Ibiza Town. There is also a small supermarket in Talamanca. Outdoor Areas The outdoor areas consist of a beautifully maintained Mediterranean garden, an infinity pool surrounded by a huge sun terrace equipped with sun loungers and views to Ibiza Town.
