Beautiful villa with private pool in the little village of Ses Coves, near Santa Eugenia in the center of Mallorca. It welcomes 6 guests. With unobstructed views overlooking the fields and the mountains, this villa features a private, 8 x 4 meter sized chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.5 to 1.8 meters. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with six loungers and an artificial lawn area. The shady gravel garden features a hammock and a swing for our young guests. The furnished porch overlooks the pool and surprises with splendid views. If you fancy cooking, you could prepare a tasty barbecue and enjoy great al fresco dining. Interiors are a blend of simple and traditional elements and good modern life equipment. Due to its unusual style, this house consists in five floors. Step in and enjoy a lazy evening in the cozy and spacious living-dining room, featuring a TV with satellite channels, sofas and a CD-player. The dining area has access to the porch. The well-equipped kitchen with tiled floors and wooden beams presents a typical Majorcan decoration. Its equipment includes a vitro hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, dining table etc. A bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin are on the ground floor. The master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower bath is on the first floor. The second floor comprises in a bedroom with a double bed, small living area, A/C and access to a terrace. Furthermore, there's a bathroom with bathtub and shower. The basement level (-1) features a bedroom with bunk bed, wardrobe and some toys, which makes it perfect for children. If you come with your baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair upon request. On floor -2 there's only the laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. All bedrooms come with a wardrobe and there are 3 fans - if you need more, please let us know. This house welcomes you also during the winter season, as it has central gas heating. The genuine village of Santa Eugenia is located in the islands' center, called Pla de Mallorca. It's just 20 km from the capital, Palma de Mallorca. As the villa is located in the countryside, it's perfect for walking, hiking or cycling. The area still conserves lots of windmills. Santa Eugenia has a grocery store, good restaurants and some bars, where you can try Majorcan food. If you like playing golf, we can recommend the golf course of Puntiró. The nearest beach is Playa de Palma, a fine grained, lively sand beach. During the summer, you can enjoy a vast range of nightlife and leisure activities. If you prefer more quiet beaches, you could visit Cala Blava, Es Trenc, Ses Covetes or the family-friendly beach of Palmanova. The capital Palma de Mallorca is nice for a half-day trip and you could visit the Cathedral La Seu, the Bellver Castle and the picturesque old town. Note: We cannot accept guests under 22 years unless they are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Pets are not welcome.
