The living room communicates directly with the terrace, garden, and pool. On the same ground floor is the large kitchen, fully equipped. The ground floor also has a guest bathroom. The upper floor has four bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms, one with a terrace overlooking the sea and the other with a private bathroom.There is air conditioning in the master bedroom. 2 bedrooms with two single beds. Nearby is a second bathroom with a bathtub. The climate, location, and features of this house will allow you to fully enjoy your vacation and getaway all year round. You can take the opportunity to organize a barbecue and cook delicious vegetables, fish and/or meat. An outdoor gastronomic show. Near the pool in the garden, it also has a nice pergola with chairs and a table where you can appreciate this moment of relaxation and joy of the day. It is perfect for families with children or with friends. COMMON AREAS SERVICES SANT MATEU is exclusive to its guests. THE GARDEN AND THE TERRACE Garden spaces are not shared but must be respected. The outdoor dining area, barbecue facilities are private. The barbecue should be cleaned after each use. THE SALTWATER POOL It is private, but the neighbours' rest hours, bathing suits, and use of the pool must be respected. It also has sun loungers. PARKING You can park for free and easily on the street. The street is shared with residents. The direction of traffic on the streets must be respected and not parked in front of accesses to private car parks. FIREPLACE NOT AVAILABLE Do not hesitate to contact us to request information! THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND ITS SURROUNDINGS The house is located in a very quiet residential area of detached houses and close to the centre of the village of Vilassar de Dalt, there are different services; supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and traditional shops.220m from the tennis club "VILA SPORTS CLUB" (tennis, paddle, swimming pool...) 2.4km from the water park "FANTASY ISLAND" Vilassar de Dalt is a small charming village, located on the north coast of Barcelona in the Maresme region. The village has quick access to the mountain for all those hikers and adventurers. In addition, throughout the Maresme, we find family beaches with calm waters and golden sand ... THE REGION "El Maresme" stands out for its temperate Mediterranean climate, mild temperatures all year round, sunnier and brighter days, colourful in its spectacular landscapes, intense blue on its coast, and in its skies that combine with the bright green of its mountains. The location between small mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, its proximity to the city of Barcelona, makes this area an ideal place to spend an unforgettable family vacation. The villages of "Maresme" are charming little villages, surrounded by comfortable and private urbanizations, the best golf courses, marinas, all kinds of recreational activities, horseback riding, sports centres, wide sandy beaches. It also offers one of the best gastronomic offers in Spain, with several Michelin-starred restaurants.
