Placed on top of one of the hillock chains sloping down to the Arno valley, Villa Belvedere is near Marti (in the province of Pisa) in the heart of Tuscany, with a stunning 360° view. The house stands in it's own grounds and all around are woods and an olive grooves from which the estate farms it's IGP Tuscan oil stands on the west side. The front lawn is a perfect place to relax and have barbecues. The setting is very rural, we have chosen to keep it very simple, fruit trees: pears, peaches, figs, chestnut, olives. Rosmari and other spices like sage can be found in the flower beds which decorate the outside walls of the house. The pool is set in a lower part of the garden so to give it privacy from the exterior cooking or activities on the front lawn, it has a max depth of 140cm and a small section dedicated to toddlers max depth 40cm. A beige liner has been adopted so to keep it in tune with the surrounding, all around it has been paved and there are plenty of sun beds for relaxing on, even a huge exterior bed for those lazy afternoons. The villa is on a cul de sac surrounded by woodland on one side and an olive groove on the other, the pool area has big sun bed fixed, 2 sun loungers, 2 deckchairs plus a small table and 4 chairs, a sun umbrella is available. Table and chairs to eat outside for 8 people, barbecue wood available on location.

amazing place- coming back every year
The property is amazing. Large garden on the hilltop surrounded by trees, in the summer chilled by wind. Closest neighbours about 500m away but still close enough if you want to walk for coffee to the town. Charming house with swimming pool. Our host Genka-amazingly friendly and helpful. Marti is half away between Pisa (and airport) and Florence making it super place to explore Toscany. Pet and Children friendly place, with internet if you have to work. Amazing vacation place for a family.

Excellent Villa
Had a great stay - lovely house and pool, and everything you could wish for (except for the weather on some days). House comfortable and well equipped - had a problem with the water heating which was attended to very promptly by the owner. Would certainly recommend this as a relaxing and tranquil place to stay, within easy reach of places of interest

Beautifuly situated, well furnished & equipped, private villa. We hope to return!
This villa was an ideal venue for our family holiday with our adult children. It was well placed for us to explore Tuscany in our hire car- Florence, Pisa and Lucca all being just under or over an hour away.Any enquiries were dealt with promptly and sufficiently. The pool was well maintained (The early-birds among us spotted people maintaining it in the mornings)and great for fun and swimming.
