The traditional and beautiful villa in Patti Marina is located directly on the beach. Restaurants and bars are nearby. Patti Marina is also an ideal starting point for excursions: by train you can quickly reach Palermo and Messina. Tindari is very very near. From Patti Marina and Mongiove the Aeolian Islands are always in sight. There are daily ferry boats starting from Milazzo, in summer they also start in Patti Marina. The passage takes at least one hour, depending on the type of ship. We organize small boat trips for our guests, as well.
The foothills of the Nebrodi mountains almost reach the coast of Patti and Mongiove. It takes only a short drive to reach the nature reserve of the Nebrodi mountains. The densely wooded area invites you to take a hike throughout the whole year.

About the neighbourhood
Patti Marina has everything for a nice and successful holiday: restaurants and bars, a few smaller grocery stores, including organic food and Italian specialties, a large supermarket very close (10 minutes walk), a pharmacy, hairdressers and much much more. In summer, Patti Marina is quite bustling, if you are looking for absolute peace and quiet, you should rent something else, but it is rarely really loud: except for festivals that take place occasionally in midsummer (for example music). In the evenings and at night Patti meets on the promenade, as this is not loud and people usually behave very well, it is a very pleasant climate and background noise, in which the summer and the life under the sky.
Getting around
Patti Marina can be reached by car, train or bus. Many come by plane (Catania or Palermo) and take a rental car, but who wants to do without the car, can travel by public transport from Catania or Palermo or come directly by train from home. In Patti Marina you do not need mobility. If you want to enjoy the summer on the beach, you should do so. Those who would like to go on excursions would rather need a car, but we also organize some excursions in the area and to the Aeolian Islands.
