About the neighbourhood
Situated between the pretty villages of Bathford and Batheaston, the annex is just 3 miles east of central Bath and perfectly positioned for city and countryside exploration. Morris Lane is a peaceful side road and the property is set far back from the road. A delightful feeling of space and beautiful views at the back! There are three pubs within walking distance, as well as post office, fab fish and chip shop, Boots chemist, convenience store, Drs surgery and local community shop selling delicious fresh bread and other local produce. Delightful countryside walks abound too! The famed Solsbury Hill is a close walk, as is to a local folly called The Pepperpot/Brown's Folly. Other West attractions are close by inc. Stonehenge, Avebury
Getting around
The M4 is easily accessible via A46 within a 10 minute drive. The bus stop for the number 3 bus into central Bath is a 3 minute walk. Buses every 10 minutes. Taxi ride into the centre is around £10 or less.
