We have been coming to Puerto Pollensa for many years and as our children our now teenagers we prefer to stay in the town and location wise this apartment is very good.
We did find it very poorly equipped with minimal kitchen ware and absolutely no extras.
Neither showers worked properly initially - this was remedied after about 4 days but was a real inconvenience.
We didn't pay extra for a maid service but there was no additional bedding so everything had to be washed and dried the same day.
There was only one set of keys to the property- normally this wouldn't be a problem but you had to lock the door to close it but needed the key to get out of the apartment building. This meant when we wanted to go out for coffee in the morning we would either lock the children in or have to wake a reluctant youth to lock the door behind us- then wait for one of them to let us back when we returned. This was a massive fire and safety risk.
