Maison neuve très bien équipée
La maison est tout à fait conforme à la présentation , elle est très bien équipée avec du matériel neuf et de bonne qualité ( électroménager, literie...) . Climatisation dans les 3 chambres et 2 dans la pièce principale (Salon , séjour, cuisine ouverte) . L'emplacement dans Avola est très calme et il est facile de se garer dans la rue. Super accueil de Paolo qui fait tout pour que vous soyez bien installé et passiez un bon séjour .
A noter que la plage est à environ 600m (et pas 100m comme indiqué dans l'annonce)
Bref on recommande fortement cette location qui est bien située entre Noto et Syracuse donc forcément plein de choses à visiter ,plein de bons restos à découvrir .
