What you see is what you get. Our brand new and certified apartment (License number: 24470/AL) belongs to the most exclusive condominium in the area Santa Luzia Residence. Placed in the ground floor, wheel chair access is facilitated and our shared swimming pool is also at your disposal. We also provide private parking place.
With 75m2 open plan, we provide a living area with a dining table, 4 chairs, a large corner suite, television (flat screen with USB and HDMI connection) with European channels, WiFi, and air conditioning. Our state of the art kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a kettle, toaster, microwave and all the usual utensils. Schöne Wohnung in Santa Luzia
Die Ferienwohnung besteht aus allem was man braucht, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, die Nachbarschaft ist familienfreundlich und der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit für alle Fälle. Ein Kinderwagen und ein Babybett haben wir mit Hilfe des Gastgebers problemlos bekommen. Der Supermarkt liegt bei 7 min von der Wohnung entfernt und Restaurants sind auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Very comfortable appartment in a dream place
We stayed 2 weeks at the end of September and felt like we were home.
The place was spotless and close to everything (beach, food shopping, restaurants).
We loved having a pool in the complex (very clean and few people using it).
And Manuela is a great lady. Very professional yet very friendly at the same time. She made us feel welcome and gave us a lift from the bus station. We hope to be able to come back.

As described beautiful new apartment.We were met by our hosts representative Manuela with wine fresh oranges bottled water and cakes.Full instructions of how to use the washer and dishwasher.There were bikes in the garage which we didn't use.Santa Luzia is the octopus capital of the Eastern Algarve and the are everlasting wonderful snack bars and beautiful restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the apartment.
Tavira is only 30 minutes walk and has a train station which links the whole Algarve.The local buses run between Santa Luzia and Tavira hourly during the week.Didnt get chance to use the swimming pool the weather at 17 degrees would have been too cold.Couldnt fault the apartment .Santa Luzia is very quiet during the day but on a night has bustling restaurants.Tavira has a giant hypermarket,Lidle 5 screen cinema but still retains the history and character as these are on the outskirts .I can highly recommend this apartment.Thanks again Manuela and Carlos
