New villa (2018) outside residence of 140M2 in the Saly Bambara district, 2 minutes walk from the former French Consulate and behind the restaurant "l 'Homme Tranquille". Ideally located near the sea, 10 minutes walk from supermarkets and shops. Villa AZUR offers a capacity of 6 beds (2 double bedrooms, one on the ground floor, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and possibility of adding a cot on request). The property is guarded 24 hours a day by the caretaker who has his own studio at the rear of the villa and not overlooked with the swimming pool part or the terrace. Back kitchen with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Bedroom 1 ground floor: air-conditioned double bedroom with 160X190 bed fitted with a mosquito net overlooking the swimming pool with its private bathroom (walk-in shower, wc, hair dryer and washbasin). The bedroom is equipped with a safe. Upstairs : Bedroom 2: Air-conditioned double room with 160X190 bed fitted with a mosquito net with its private bathroom (walk-in shower, wc, and a washbasin). Bedroom 3: Air-conditioned bedroom - 2 single beds fitted with mosquito nets with its private bathroom (walk-in shower, wc, hair dryer and a washbasin). All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Large terrace (solarium) on the 1st floor overlooking the pool. Large ground floor terrace with a table for 6 people and an outdoor lounge facing the pool (2 sofas and 1 coffee table). At your disposal 6 deckchairs around the swimming pool. Sheets and hand towels are provided. Cleaning after your departure is included. Electricity in addition on meter reading (150 FCFA per kWh to be paid directly to the caretaker). We can organize your transfer with our driver (extra). A dream vacation in a comfortable villa. Included: 4 hours of cleaning per day (beds, floors, sanitary and routine maintenance of the villa). If you want meal preparation, baby sitting, ironing ... (extra to organize directly with our cleaning lady). Outside: deckchairs, barbecue. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa (non-smoking villa). Animals are not allowed. The following are excluded from our rates: the TV subscription and the electricity to be paid according to your consumption. A meter reading is made in your presence at the time of your arrival and departure by our caretaker. We wish you a pleasant stay !!!!!!!!

Cadre très agréable

Très beau cadre il fait bon vivre, espace aéré et lumineux. Personnel de maison à nos petits soins. Un coucou spécial à Maimouna la femme de maison avec ses très bon plats. Gardien très discret et très dévoué. Je recommande fortement.
